Cozy luxury apartment located in the center, completely new and equipped. Next to the AVE station. Free parking in the same building and just 15 minutes walk from the Old Town.

It has two bedrooms with double beds 1.50. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. Centralized air conditioning is hot and cold air and central heating radiators.

The apartment has a terrace where you can relax and have a coffee while enjoying the views of the archaeological remains of a pottery kiln or related to the manufacture of ceramics of the Caliphate.

The house has private garage in the same building with direct lift from the parking to the housing.

Our Great Cordoba Stay

Very nice, clean, upscale and comfortable flat. The property is close to all sights and restaurants, yet just barely outside of range of areas that might be too busy. There’s a handy grocery store at the nearest intersection. The host was very friendly, helpful and informative.

All very good. No problems.

Very happy with our stay here. As listed. Extremely clean, very well presented. Comfortable. Great location, pleasant 20 minute walk to the old town and tourist hot spots, but very close to bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc in what seemed a locals’ residential area. The underground car parking spot was very helpful. Carmen was very easy to deal with. We would definitely stay again.

Très bien !

Appartement accueillant, bien équipé et situé à proximité immédiate du centre ancien : quelques minutes de marche à travers les très beaux parcs publics (agréables lorsqu’il fait chaud). Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Parking en sous-sol sécurisé. À recommander en particulier pour les familles avec enfants.

Appartement superbe

Très bel appartement tout neuf et dans un état impeccable ! Situé au calme et en face d'un supermarché ( très pratique pour les courses!). Situé dans une zone moins touristique mais seulement à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique (balade à travers un parc).Super équippement (lave linge, lave vaisselle, etc...;) et garage à disposition pour notre voiture. Echanges rapides et efficace avec Carmen qui nous a accueillis à notre arrivée. Un des meilleurs hébergements que nous ayions trouvés lors de notre séjours en Andalousie. Nous le recommanderons à nos amis!

Nice Apartment Near Train Station

We spent two nights here in January 2019. We had two couples and had plenty of room. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the town. It's a modern apartment in a very nice building. Photos are accurate. There is a grocery store across the street. We got great service from the managers. There were very communicative before we arrived. Since our train was early, they allowed us to check-in early which was truly appreciated.

Una agradable estancia en Córdoba

La vivienda ha respondido a nuestras expectativas. Cabe destacar lo impecablemente limpia que estaba y aunque no se encuentra ubicada cerca del casco histórico, apenas se tardan 10 o 15 minutos en llegar y el paseo es muy agradable por los jardines que llegan hasta la puerta de Almodóvar. Por su parte, Carmen y su hijo encantadores con nosotros y atentos en todo lo que pudimos necesitar. En conclusión, hemos pasado unos días muy agradables.

Lovely Cordoba

The apartment met all our expectations. It is a few minutes walk from the Renfe Station. Carmen sent us a map for the walking route and met us on the corner to show us in and all the features of the apartment. Carmen is helpful and concerned we had a good stay; she left us her phone no and at one point offered to come and put the heating on! It is clean and well furnished with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The Apartment is also an easy walk into the lovely historic centre of the city, although we did work out the buses via Tourist Info and you can easily walk to the stops at the Station or across the broad Avenue. We went for the Festival of the Patios and despite the weather, thoroughly enjoyed it; as well as the Cathedral, Palace, various Art and Archaeology museums etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
