Large Houde in quiet location. halfway up the mountain

This is a large Houde in a quiet section of Grosskirchheim, halfway up the hill with some space around the house. The car has to be parked about 100 away. The property has 4 large bedrooms and 2 showers/toilets. The living room will be quite full when staying there with 8. The kitchen is well equipped. The interior and decoration are not very modern, but absolutely functional. The garden was advertised as closed off, so our dog would not be able to escape. This is not the case. On one side, the garden is lined with planters. We found sufficient materials to close it off.

Thank you very much for the review! We would like to respond to a few points. • The house has a plot of almost 400 m². We consider that to be quite a substantial garden and definitely more than just “some space.” • Understandably, the living room becomes quite full when there are 8 people staying. • We have deliberately chosen to decorate the house in an Austrian style. This is indeed not a modern style. The photos of our interior match with what you will find. • We double-checked and the advertisement does not state that the garden is closed off. It cannot say that because it is not the case. I think you might have confused our house with another one.

Schöner Urlaub

Der Urlaub war super. Das Haus war in Ordnung. Dir Ausstattung war gut. In einem Zimmer funktionierte due Heizung nicht, könnte in der Woche auch nicht abgestellt werden...ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Betreuung vor Ort bzw mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut.

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in diesem schönen, sehr gut ausgestattetem Haus wohlgefühlt. Vom Wohnzimmer mit dem vorgelagerten Balkon und teils auch von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Das Tal und auch die kleineren Seitentäler sind wunderschön. Wir waren mit drei Generationen zwischen 31 und 95! Jahren plus Hund zwei Wochen im September dort und sind täglich gewandert. Von Spaziergängen bis hin zu großen Touren ist alles möglich. Und oft mit tollem Blick auf den Großglockner. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima geschikt voor 2 gezinnen. skibus stopt voor de deur. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Fijne vakantiewoning in een prachtige omgeving

Aanrader! Juli 2019 voor 1 week dit huis gehuurd met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het huis is rustig gelegen en goed afgewerkt. Het huis biedt volop ruimte, is van alle gemakken voorzien en was bij aankomst erg schoon. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Vooraf handige tips gekregen van de eigenaar waardoor we meteen op pad konden, nogmaals dank daarvoor!
