Garage bike storage, Off road parking for up to 3 cars and ample on road parking for more cars. From Hall stairs leading to bedroom's (1 baby gate available) bedroom 1 with single bed and wardrobe small toddlers bed for 2/3 year old (not a cot), bedroom 2 with double bed -with en-suite comprises shower, sink and toilet this bedroom is not the master bedroom, in addition master bathroom with bath and over shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom three; large sunny room with king-size bed, vanity sink. window looking over the tree lined street. Bedroom 4 with single bed. The property is spacious and ideal for families , couple's and business guest's shower towels and bedding provided along with 1 large beach mats. Property cleaned before and after departure . Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because the area is very appealing. The House is located just near on the boarder of Prestatyn and Rhyl and is ideal for touring around the north wales coast and Chester. 4 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to nearest restaurant / bar.We have never used the property as our permanent residency , but we do spend many weeks there enjoying the comforts and area around north Wales

What makes this property unique

The property is ideal for those that wish to visit the beach which is only 4 mins walk, 0r for those that want to relax in the comfort of the home, or tour around the north wales coast. Easy access to Chester on M55 . So many places to visit around North Wales making it an ideal base. The house offers comforts.
Great location for the pavilion theatre just 5 mins walk. New Sc2 swimming centre walking distance . (please note thursday or friday the gardener or window cleaner will make a visit every two weeks if you feel that they are invading your privacy just inform them to leave the rear garden) .
There are 2 cameras located outside the property but not in private areas, this is for security only.
