Villa timber frame of over 170 m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and bath and the other with corner bath, 2 toilets, a large living room open on the wooden terrace of 80 m2 + 40 m2 covered and a straw hut, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, an enclosed garden on a plot of 738 m2 and direct access to the golf course. Private parking 2-3 cars.

Very nice place and easy handling

Very nice and spacious house, ideally for families. We spent 2 weeks in this house and everything was perfect. The pool and the garden are great for spending most of the time outside. The house itself is equipped very well with everything you need. Everything is arranged in a way where you can feel that a lot of heart and soul went into it. A really lovely place. Check In and Check out with the owners was easy and they have been very helpful and supporting all the time-but we did not have any issues during the 2 weeks. We can highly recommend this house.

Maison très agréable à vivre, bien agencée et joliment décorée, bien sécurisée pour les enfants, il ne manque rien pour passer un excellent séjour et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Déjà envie d’y retourner !

Tout simplement génial.

Nous avons trouvez la villa tel que décrit, elle est très bien agencée, la décoration est vraiment de très bon gout et surtout super bien équipé. Ultra dépaysante avec son gazebo au bord de la piscine qui permet de profité de l'éclairage de la piscine à la nuit tombé. Nous avons était super bien accueilli, et la situation géographique par rapport au bassin est vraiment idéal pour qui saura sortir des routes de Mr tout le monde. Voilà vous l'aurez compris je vous la recommande fortement.

Vacances 2013 très agréable

Notre séjour dans cette belle villa a été très agréable. La villa est très propre, au calme en bordure du golf. Elle est très bien meublée et rien ne manque La piscine chauffée par des panneaux solaires nous a comblée. Nous gardons de ce séjour un excellent souvenir.Mme et M Hirt ont étés particulièrement charmants. Nous conseillons vivement cette location

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison (2 couples et 4 enfants en bas âges) Il ne manque rien dans la maison et le jardin est très sympa avec notamment une piscine magnifique ET sécurisée avec son magnifique carbet en teck... La piscine est chauffée par des panneaux solaires, ce qui la rend encore plus agréable. Les terrasses couvertes sont très appréciable pour se protéger du soleil ou.... de la pluie. On a apprécié le fait que la maison soit à 15 mn du bassin d'Arcachon mais aussi des plages du pyla ou bien encore d'un lac très agréable avec plage de sable fin. Seul petit inconvénient (dans notre cas tout du moins, pour gérer les réveils nocturnes des enfants) le fait qu'il y ai 3 chambres en bas et 1 en haut. Maison à conseiller !!

SU-PER !!!

Cette maison est magnifique et surtout très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Nous l'avons trouver bien située avec un cadre alentour très reposant et très vert. Elle est idéale pour couples avec enfants grands ET petits. Le côté très agréable, en dehors de la sublime piscine, est la terrasse bien aménagée avec le coin cuisson, le coin repas et le coin détente.
