Appartement bien situé, calme et à 5 mn du centre ville par le jardin. Très belles plages tout près d'île rousse que vous pouvez rejoindre à pied et pour certaines seulement à 5 ou 10mn en voiture.

Dans la ville et au calme

Le petit chemin qui permet d'aller directement de l'appartement au centre ville est un vrai plus ! l'accueil est chaleureux, le gite super bien tenu.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines großen Gebäudekomplexes, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral: man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Sandstrand.

bella settimana a ile rousse con la famiglia

L'appartamento è al piano terra di una struttura condominiale molto grande. Ha tutti i confort di una vera casa, è in una posizione centrale a 5 minuti di camminata dal centro e a 10 dalla spiaggia della città. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima.

Appartement très coquet, d'une propreté à toute épreuve, où il ne manque absolument rien. Bien que situé au rez-de-chaussée, une végétation méditéranéenne masque le parking et laisse admirer une jolie vue sur la montagne et le village de Monticello, particulièrement le soir avec de jolies lumières. Le plus, se situe dans la mise à disposition d'un garage bien situé et d'un emplacement de parking réservé. Quant à l'accueil de la propriétaire, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrions.

Très bon accueil de la propriètaire Appartement très,très propre. Situation conforme à la description: le centre ville est à 5 mn à pied. La vue depuis l'appartement donne sur un parking. Le matelas n'est pas de bonne qualité.

Nous vous remercions pour votre appréciation En ce qui concerne les remarques positives , sur l'accueil et la propreté , c'est tout à fait normal , nous faisons notre possible afin de recevoir nos vacanciers dans les meilleurs conditions. En ce qui concerne les remarques négatives , d'habitude nous les prenons en compte car elles sont toujours constructives ,mais là ce n'est pas justifié , vous dites "le matelas n'est pas de bonne qualité" sachez que ce matelas (dont nous ne citerons pas la marque ) a été acheté chez un professionnel de la literie et choisi sur ses conseils . Nous sommes désolés qu 'il n'ait pas été à votre convenance. Quant à votre remarque sur la vue Oui c'est vrai ,fatalement à première vue en voit un petit jardin avec le parking privé et sécurisé de la résidence ,mais quelle chance ! d'avoir une location en centre ville avec une place de parking "réservée" sans être obligés d'aller dans les parking payants de la ville et quelle chance de laisser sa voiture garée et de pouvoir aller en ville et à la plage à pieds. Mais si on porte son regard droit devant , on peut admirer nos "magnifiques montagnes" et les petits villages qui le soir sont illuminés et ressemblent à un décor de crèche . Ceci dit , 4 est un bonne note MERCI

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriètaire , l' appartement était très propre, et il est designé à l' identique du descriptif voilà une personne sérieuse. Séjour très agréable !!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour d'une semaine dans cet appartement magnifique ! Malgré que deux semaines auraient été parfaites ! Tout d'abord cet appartement est extrêmement propre et avec beaucoup de rangements . La connexion wifi est excellente . Le canapé lit est très grand et confortable . Nous remercions notre hôte pour ce séjour !
