This was the perfect location for our trip. Close to metro station groceries and no stairs to enter apartment. The unit had everything we needed. The host was warm and welcoming. And we loved the history associated with it as well

Cute unit on a charming street. Clean, great bathroom. Owners were very accommodating! Not too far from museums. We Ubered to museums and walked back. We would rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy Amsterdam flat. The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished, and had everything we needed for our visit. It’s a little off the beaten path, which made it a nice, quiet place to come back to after a day exploring the city.Richard was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A huge bonus is that he can also arrange airport transfers, which made getting to and from the apartment incredibly easy.A comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Amsterdam with an exceptional host. We would definitely recommend Richard’s flat to anyone visiting the city!

This place was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and you are right next to the Metro so it was super easy to get around on public transportation. The place was really nicely decorated and felt very cozy. I'd love to stay again! And there was even a bottle of champagne waiting for us!!

We loved the location of this apartment - near enough to attractions but in a less busy area and close to the metro, although we walked everywhere. Good supermarket and bakers near by which was handy. The apartment is cosy and homely and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Due to the traditional design of the building there are no windows other that the large glass front door so it was quite dark during the day (the weather was a bit gloomy so we just put the lights on)and then very light at night due to a street light outside (heavier curtains would solve the night issue).Richard was away during our stay so we did not experience his legendary hosting skills but he did check in with us and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations which was appreciated.

Wonderful location and beautiful flat!

The location was ideal and the flat was beautiful! We stayed with our family of four and there was plenty of room. The owner lives upstairs and is very responsive and great to communicate with. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

We had an excellent stay. The apartment was great and the bed was very comfortable. Rich was an excellent host and even picked us up from the airport. The apartment is minutes away from transportation options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
