C'était parfait, très bien situé avec une supérette en bas pour les courses d'appoint. Il faisait un peu Chaud en fin de journée mais les ventilateurs de plafond on bien fait leurs travail. Merci

Merci pour votre avis et je suis ravie que la salle de bain, refaite cette année, vous ai plu. Toutefois, il y a bien un chauffage, commandé par une télécommande fixée à côté de l’interrupteur.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il y a tout le nécessaire et la superbe terrasse donnant sur le jardin est un vrai plus. Aucun problème pour garer la voiture à proximité de l'immeuble. Le centre du Grau-du-Roi est à une quinzaine de minutes à pied et un petit centre commercial est à 50m. Port Camargue est très proche. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très facile ainsi que les procédures de départ et d'arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Organisation parfaite avec la propriétaire. Toujours à l'écoute. Si je dois refaire une réservation au grau du roi, ce sera dans ce logement qui est très bien situé. Je le conseille fortement.

Bel appartement au calme, avec tous les équipements nécessaires à proximité de la plage quelques Magasins situes Juste à côté (alimentaire, presse...), chemin le long de la plage pour accéder au centre ville. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances et la propriétaire est très sympathique

Très belle situation de l'appartement. Belle vue dégagée

Séjour très agréable, il manque juste la climatisation car l'appartement est très très chaud. Sinon il est fonctionnel et très bien situé, calme. Proche de la plage et des petits commerces. Le centre-ville n'est pas très loin non plus. On peut tout faire à pieds. Le grau du roi est une station balnéaire très sympa avec beaucoup de resto de fruits de mer.

Appartement conforme à la description mais éloigné du centre (pas à 500m mais au moins 3 fois plus) et place de parking située en face logements n'inspirant pas trop confiance. Durant notre séjour, il y a eu 3 cambriolages dans l'immeuble.....

Désolée qu'il y ait eu des cambriolages cette semaine-là. C'est la première fois en 13 ans de location. Concernant la place de parking, elle est utilisée par tous les locataires, qui ne m'ont jamais fait de remarques particulières.
