At the center of the triangle formed by Florence, Arezzo, Siena, our farmhouse is the ideal starting point for visiting Tuscany in every season of the year, the farmhouse the Palazzo on the Tuscan hills, in the green, in the silence, relaxation; Around the view on the hills, a large garden with swimming pool, gazebo and barbecoue.

On the 1st floor of the farmhouse (guests 3 + 2 + 1)
A bedroom, a living room, a bathroom; in the living room the sofa bed, the kitchen and the table for meals. Access to the mezzanine, (attic max height 1.60 m) with the possibility of 2 beds (room suitable for children), 1 large double room with the addition of a 3rd bed.

Around the farmhouse the garden (7,000 m2) with various terraces surrounding the house, the large swimming pool (16x8), with a connected children's pool (4x4); adjacent to the house serving the swimming pool with dressing room and toilets, old wood-burning oven for pizzas, barbecue, table tennis.

Among the common spaces available on request, on the ground floor there is a spacious (unfurnished) lounge with fireplace, available for meetings, events, ceremonies.

The village of Levane is just 3.7 km away (all kinds of shops), 8 km Montevarchi (railway station from which you can reach the railway station of Florence in about 35 minutes, which is a few hundred meters from the cathedral), 25 km away Arezzo (important medieval city also renowned for its artisan gold-working industry), about 40 km away from the Pratomagno area (Poppi, Chiusi della Verna, Bibbiena, etc.).
Within 30 km the most exclusive areas of the famous Chianti Classico rich in prestigious farms and renowned villages such as Radda, Gaiole, Greve and the Castello di Brolio.
