This holiday apartment is furnished and offers a comfortable living/sleeping area, a kitchenette, a separate bathroom and a large, sunny balcony. You can share the wonderful sauna and the large garden with barbecue.

In the immediate area you can go hiking or mountain biking. In winter, the free ski bus stops practically in front of the door and you can ski back to the house. The Schladming - Planai/Hochwurzen/Hauser Kaibling ski area (4-mountain ski area) offers 167 kilometers of slopes and over 80 ski lifts in the Dachstein-Tauern region.

In summer, the Pichl swimming lake or the Reiteralmsee in Schladming offer lots of swimming fun! In short: an ideal starting point for your summer and winter vacation!
