We stayed 2 nights and wished we had stayed 7. The host is a super nice man who told us all about the history and all about his family wine making history. If you like a nice quiet spot with an awesome view and a really cool host, we highly recommend.
We were in town for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this home. It was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Gorgeous views of the family-owned vineyard. Had trouble getting a hold of Julio (the owner) prior to the trip through the app, but once we got him on the phone it was great communication. Would absolutely visit again.
We are in the heart of the vineyards. Julio gave us a taste of his wine that his 5-6th generation of family has owned this property and vineyards around us. The house is fully equipped and beautiful inside.inside along with kitchen and
We had a wonderful stay at Julio's place. He greeted us personally at the door, walked is through the place, got us settled and invited us to a glass of Port.
His place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great to be beside a working vineyard, lovely outside patio although we enjoyed it only briefly due to the weather. You do need a car to enjoy this lovely place. We'd be happy to come again.

Adorable home in a vineyard
We loved staying at this home! The location is perfect, tucked away in a vineyard. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated our group perfectly. Check in was difficult. We were not able to arrive in the 2 hr window that the host was there. They left the keys in the lock, but we didnt have parking information and couldnt reach the host via phone or VRBO. Eventually some nice ladies came out and pointed out where to park.
Besides a bumpy check in, the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this home.
Our house was literally at the foot of a vineyard...a spectacular setting and a beautiful drive from Porto. The house was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and had a nice patio to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The wine tasting room was just a staircase away.
Our host who gave us the tasting was amazing. She spent a lot of time with us, getting to know us, telling stories and listening to ours. The wine and port were delicious! She also gave us a tip on a stop along our planned route the next day. She told us to stop in the town of Lamego and it was spectacular. We highly recommend seeing the church and grounds there.
The only thing I wish we could have done was to get a tour of the vineyard itself and perhaps see the whole wine making process, but that was not an option.
We would stay here again.
The "downtown" area was a short drive away and very nice to walk around.
We had a great stay at this home in the middle of a vineyard. Our host, Julio, obviously took great pride in making sure everything was perfect for our family. He even treated us to some of his port wine - so good! I wish we had another night to enjoy the accommodations.
Very organized, easy check in, good location close to Regua.
Host is very kind, friendly and provided a tasting of his Port and wine. There is a fair bit of traffic through this local village with the standard to honk horn when passing through the narrow street area. Parking area is tight, but workable. Careful driving required if you are not used to these tight spaces (being from Canada). The vineyard and outdoor space adjacent to it is very nice. House inside is as described in listing. Thanks Julio for everything.

Absolutely loved this house.
We spent three nights here. Upon our arrival our gracious host Julio introduce us to his wonderful home and property with vineyards and cherry and lemon trees. We also were allowed
to sample his port wine which was wonderful.
The house is cozy and clean and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return. Thank you Julio.
