About this property

Gite "Le Gutty" for 6 people

The house is located in the heart of a quiet village, about 570 meters above sea level with a magnificent view of the surrounding valley, in an area known for Alsatian cuisine.

The house of around 100m² is designed for six people and has two floors. It consists of a living room - dining room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, the other two with two 90 cm single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and coffee maker. internet and wifi (adsl box), landline phone. The first bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet in the second bathroom. There is also a separate WC. In all rooms central heating is present.

Outside, guests will find a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. A balcony is available from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. You can park your car in three private parking spaces in front of the house. In addition a garage parking space is available.

On request, a baby cot can be provided.

The house in winter (nearest snow station is only a few kilometers away) has many possibilities. For epicureans, they can take advantage of the proximity of the Wine Route (30 km), culture lovers with many ruins such as Salm, Nideck, Guirbaden. The cities of Obernai (35 km), Strasbourg (50 km) and Selestat (45 km) are targets for a great day trip. The nearest supermarket is about 7 km away, a small supermarket already in about 4 km; the nearest train station is about 4 km away.

If you like clean House do not go there old would be ok bur NOTHING is clean. Toilet us dirty from the one before. Matratze er yellow don't even want to know from what, in all the smell and dirt is not worth it. Though the man tht rents ut is amazing.

Très agréable séjour entre amis. Emplacement magnifique (vue). Une bonne bouteille de vin d'Alsace nous attendait dans le frigo Le propriétaire toujours disponible avec le sourire et mots gentils. Le temps devenant frisquet nous avons eu le chauffage. Madame nous a offert un Kougloff, une délicieuse tarte aux quetches + un petit gateau aux amandes. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire. Gite assez vaste et très bien placé pour visiter les principaux sites de la région. Une très belle vue sur la vallée. Pensez à récupérer une carte d'hôte auprès du propriétaire, celle-ci permet de visiter certains sites gratuitement; une belle économie.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire très avenant, sympathique et de bon conseil. Maison vaste et excellemment située pour les randonnées (plusieurs départs dans le village même). Environnement calme. Cuisine bien équipée. Literie très propre et de qualité. Wifi rapide très utile . Nous avons été gâtés : vin blanc au frais à l'arrivée, délicieux kouglof et confiture de quetsches réalisés par Jacqueline que nous n'avons pas pu voir mais d'un contact également très agréable et chaleureux au téléphone. Nous espérons faire sa connaissance lors de notre prochain séjour car nous reviendrons , c'est sûr.
