About this property

Secluded Villa with scenic views , close to Sta Eulalia and its beaches.

Great chill out areas, a shaded hammock (also suitable as children's play area), roof terrace in it's own private grounds provide an oasis of calm. Accessed by a gated entrance and parking for 4 cars (2 undercover).
By day enjoy the beautiful azure clover shaped pool, with outside shower and by night the fantastic BBQ area large enough to seat the whole family, or sip cocktails on the roof terrace whilst watching an array of glorious sunsets across the valley.

There are also excellent facilities within :-
Free Wifi, large screen TV, DVD,and stereo system
Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Large reception room with log fire.
Beautiful undercover terrace - dining area overlooking the pool.

2 Shower rooms, one including bath.

A short walk to Sta Eulalia, the Port and beach also gives you access to the bus or Ferry to Ibiza Town.

As a family we have been holidaying in Ibiza for the past 30 years. Both working long hours in our own business it has always been a place where we can relax and enjoy family time. We would recommend Ibiza to anyone, whatever their tastes.

Away from it all but within easy walking distance of Sta Eulalia Town, you can relax by day and party by night. Alternatively enjoy a relaxing BBQ or watch the sunset from the terrace. This property has it all in location and facilities.
