Merci pour votre retour et d’avoir apprécié l’emplacement calme et exceptionnel du gîte.
Concernant les portes, les barillets avaient malheureusement été forcés par de précédents locataires, et comme le problème ne nous avait pas été signalé avant votre départ, nous n’avons pas pu intervenir à temps. Pour les lames de terrasse, il arrive en effet que certaines s’abîment avec l’usure ; un simple signalement pendant le séjour nous aurait permis d’apporter une solution immédiate.
En ce qui concerne la propreté, nous sommes surpris car c’est un point qui est généralement souligné positivement par nos hôtes, et vous êtes le premier à nous faire cette remarque. Nous en tenons cependant compte afin de rester vigilants et d’assurer le meilleur accueil possible.
