Idyllic Location

The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed.

Serenity and quiet with stunning views

We stayed, 2 couples, for a week in Stefano's guest apartment in the village of Mosciano. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outside is a garden with lawn and breathtaking views. We enjoyed excellent weather and lots of rural peace and quiet. Stefano welcomed us warmly and helped us a lot with all the questions we had. We had a great week and we already miss the place!

A slice of heaven

We stayed at Stefano’s property for just over 2 weeks and missed it immediately upon leaving. It is one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. The view (just stunning), the quietness of the area (no traffic sounds at all, except for a car here and there), and darkness at night provided the perfect bit of peace that we were looking for. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, sat around the fire playing cards at night with a delicious bottle of local wine, and explored the surrounding area during the day. Stefano was a wonderful host and provided many ideas of places to visit and things to see. We hope to be back again! Thank you Stefano for such a wonderful stay!

Stressfreier Urlaub

Lovely, calm and charming

This place was wonderful for our 3 week vacation. We were looking for a quiet place within nature and this is exactly what we found. Our three year old son enjoyed it as well because unlike in the city he could discover everything around the house on his own. Thanks, Stefano, for hosting us and being so friendly and easy to talk to during the whole time of our stay. We can definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a quiet vacation in Umbria.

Hervorragend, sympathisch, neu, sauber

Absolut weiter zuempfehlen, 5 Sterne!!!
