Large panoramic apartment, beautiful sea view.

Villa on two levels with separate apartments, is located in a slight hilly position and is about two hundred meters from the sea. The apartment is on the superorore level and consists of a large living room with large solid wood table, LED TV and two sofa beds, kitchen with microwave, 2 double bedrooms and a third with two bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower more washing machine and a large panoramic veranda with barbecue. The apartment has all the necessary kitchenware, 1 parking space is available. The municipality applies a tourist tax of 1 £ per day per person which must be paid upon arrival exempt children up to 13 years and adults 71 and older as per municipal regulation Guests on arrival must sign the lease agreement tourist use and provide identity documents to comply with current regulations. Cleaning charges € 100 payable on arrival
