Welcome to Maria Apartment, a charming accommodation on the ground floor of Casa Torretta, ideal for a couple but capable of hosting up to 4 people. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, Maria offers a serene retreat with modern comforts. The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a functional bathroom with a shower, a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a double sofa bed. It also boasts a gorgeous private garden with outdoor table and chairs. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.
The apartment is located within the Casa Torretta complex, which consists of 6 apartments, born from the renovation of an ancient villa in the middle of an olive grove. Our guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful view of the Gulf of Patti.
The villa features a private pool and parking available for guests.
Wi-Fi is available only in the area surrounding the pool.
• For check-in after 9:00 PM, an extra fee of €25 will be applied, to be paid on-site.

Beautiful tranquil environment
The property was well located, clean and well equipped
We arrived late and it was difficult
to find in the dark but Nicola kindly waited up and came to find us
Pool area was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Sehr schöne Fewo mit tollem Pool und Toplage
Sehr schön renoviertes Haus mit tollem Blick vom Pool oder den oberen Fewo auf das Meer.Sehr netter Vermieter ,der immer erreichbar war und englisch sprach.Supermarkt und Restaurants sowie das Meer mit dem Auto innerhalb 10 min erreichbar.Die Küchenausstattung war allerdings etwas spärlich aber der Vermieter konnte helfen.
