It has: 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 with queen size bed), 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry., air conditioning, television, free WIFI, shaded private parking, private garden. The villa is part of an elegant area surrounded by greenery, with a large swimming pool - open July and August (in 2023 till September 15) shared, children's playground and gardens.
Lovely eating outdoors overlooking the sea. Perfect location for touring South-Eastern Sicily, the astonishing baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla (location of Italian tv series "Inspector Montalbano"), Modica, Scicli, Noto. Only a few kilometers away are the excavations of Kaukana, Punta Secca (Montalbano’ s house and lighthouse), the archaeological Museum of Kamarina, and much more.
