Charm and authenticity for this stone house of the 17th century, completely renovated, which comfortably accommodates 6 people. rental located in Lanquais, a quiet and picturesque village between Bergerac in the purple Perigord and Sarlat in the Black Perigord. On site, restaurant and castles to visit. Nearby, farm products, regional products markets (foie gras, Monbazillac), many visits to historic monuments, prehistoric sites and natural sites (caves, ...). Enjoy this pied-a-terre for visiting Bordeaux, St Emilion 1h30 drive.
For your comfort our house is the subject of two followed one every three years by the label Clévacances and every five years by the departmental committee of tourism of the Dordogne. These two organizations, whose last visits took place in 2016 and 2015, confirmed the classification of our lodging in 3 stars.

De l accueil au départ ce fût top, le gîte est très propre on y trouve tout. L emplacement est nickel car nous étions de mariage à la grange de Lanquais. Merci.

Gite agréable et bien situé

Un emplacement pratique pour rayonner dans les differents lieux de visite. La maison est spacieuse. On y trouve toutes les commodités. Nous y avons passé une bonne semaine, l'absence de wifi et de réseau mobile a décontenancé nos ados mais les activités offertes par les villes environnantes les a conquis...ceci dit, un peu de réseau, ne serait-ce que pour des appels urgents, nous aurait rassurés.

Grand gite récemment rénové dans une jolie maison ancienne, avec un équipement très complet, très propre. Deux légers bémols pour nous : une odeur d'égout quand on ouvre certaines fenêtres et la cloche de l'église à côté qui sonne allégrement à partir de 7h du matin ...

Lisibilité de l'annonce

Une maison de charme, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Propre. Les petits bémols : l épicerie du village est désormais fermée et ni la 4G ni le téléphone ne passent. Le gros bémol : le jardin est à environ 20m de la maison, sans qu'il ne soit possible de voir le jardin de la maison ou de la cours. Avec des enfants en bas âge, c'est un véritable problème : nous n avons pas pu profiter de ce jardin autant que nous le souhaitions. C'est pourtant l une des raisons principales qui nous ont fait choisir cet hébergement plutôt qu un autre. L annonce n'est pas suffisamment claire : c'est très dommage.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

In diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus haben wir eine tolle französische Ferienwoche gelebt. Einfache Einrichtung, aber alles da und sauber. Tolle Lage mit Lanquais zur Erkundung der Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Dordogne. Leider kein Handy - Empfang im Haus.

2ème fois que nous venons à Lanquais dans cette location. Nous en sommes toujours aussi satisfaits, la maison est agréable, bien agencée et très bien placée pour de nombreuses visites. Le seul petit point négatif reste le plan d'eau de Lanquais, qui après avoir été vidé l'année dernière est laissée à l'abandon cette année (la faute à une invasion d'algues rendant impossible les baignades), dommage pour les enfants. Sinon que du positif sur cette location !!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte plein de charme, bien équipé, situé dans un joli village. Nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques sites aux alentours (châteaux, bastides, cités troglodytes, sites archéologiques... etc), et faire de belles balades à pied en partant du gîte. Les bons restaurants ne manquent pas, les habitants sont accueillants.

Cosy gite

Lovely clean gite. Ideal for the four of us. Perfect position in the very pretty village of Lanquais within walking distance of the restaurant. Lots of places to visit in surrounding areas - markets, castles, country walks etc. Close to Bergerac airport and only a couple of hours from Limoges. Hopefully we will return soon. Thank you.

gite sympathique dans un petit village au calme

nous avons passé une très bonne semaine où l'on a pu profiter du calme mais aussi de multiples visites ( château, moulin...) et activités (fête du village, marchés gourmands, baignade, restaurants...) la location était bien entretenu, nous avions toutes les infos nécessaires concernant les activités. seul petit bémol ( les cloches à 7h du matin qui réveillaient notre fille...)
