About this property

Lovely apartment just a 5-minute walk from the lake and the village, with swimming pools nearby

A few steps from the town of Garda and Lake Garda, in a Residence surrounded with centuries-old trees, there is this fresh, completely renovated apartment, consisting of:
living room with balcony, kitchenette, American coffee machine, dishwasher; bathroom with balcony; a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; closet with washing machine; TWO flat-screen TVs and DVD player.
Everything is designed and organized for your pleasure!

The Residence has access to a splendid swimming pool which is located a few minutes walk away, in a park of olive trees, with a bar/restaurant overlooking the lake and also tennis courts.
The gentle climb to reach the pool will help keep you fit throughout your holiday!

In the apartment you will find detergents for daily cleaning of the house, detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher, toilet paper, basic ingredients for the kitchen (salt, sugar, etc.), towels, pool towels, sheets, ALL INCLUDED in the rental price.
You will also have 2 BICYCLES at your disposal for free!

Internet high speed wi-fi available in the apartment and throughout the condominium.

The bus stop of the public bus that goes around the lake is on the main road right outside the Residence.

Fantastic apartment, wonderful host

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilia's apartment. It was perfect for our family's needs and in a fantastic location across from a lovely Garda beach and promenade into the town, with a local outdoor pool behind the apartment complex.Cecilia's recommendations for outings, local pools and restaurants were excellent. Great communication before and during our stay too!I would 100% recommend staying here!

die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Pool!Anhand der Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass der Pool zur kostenlosen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Dass der Poolbesuch 10-15 pro Tag und Person kostet, haben wir erst vor Ort erfahren. Der Zugang zum Pool ist durch eine Schranke versperrt, manche Gäste aus dem Appartement hatten eine Karte zum Öffnen der Schranke, wir nicht. Somit war es recht kompliziert, die Gebühr zu bezahlen und überhaupt auf das Poolgelände zu kommen (der Pool selbst ist sehr schön)

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, funktional, für zwei personen genau groß genug. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Vor allem aber ist sie sehr ruhig. Obwohl nicht weit vom See und von der Straßen entfernt hört man nachts nichts. Nett ist ein klkeiner Balkon zum Frühstücken. Einziges Manko: Die nicht vorhandene Aussicht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen

Wir waren 9 Tage in Cécilias Ferienwohnung, die sich in einer Ferienanlage nur ein paar Minuten von der Promenade vom Gardasee und dem Steinstrand entfernt befindet, die man gut durch eine Unterführung erreichen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Ferienwohnung und hatten mit einer Erwachsenen, 2 Teenagern und einem 8 Jährigen genug Platz zur Verfügung. Cécilia hat viele Inforationen und Tipps gegeben und war auch immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Vielen Dank und bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder.

Wir kommen sicher wieder

Das Apartment ist komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet, mehr geht wirklich nicht. Übergabe bei unserer Ankunft war schnell und problemlos, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hat alles bestens erklärt. Zwischendurch fragte sie sogar, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Appartment mit klaren Nachteilen

Die Vorteile der Wohnung werden ja alle genannt. Hier die Nachteile: - Die Wohnung ist sehr vollständig, aber extrem einfach ausgestattet - Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar vor einer hohen Felswand, so dass den ganzen Tag kein Sonnenstrahl den Innenraum erhellt - Die große, wohnblock-ähnliche Ferienanlage ist unpersönlich und stark in die Jahre gekommen - Die schöne Poolanlage ist nur über einen steilen "Dschungelpfad" (ca. 5 Stockwerke Höhenunterschied) zu erreichen - Der Weg zum Strand ist deutlich länger als es zunächst erscheint - Der Strand ist für längeres Verweilen ungeeignet, sehr schmaler Liegestreifen mit erheblichem Spaziergänger- und Fahrradverkehr - Schon zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte-Ende Juni) war die süd-östliche Gardaregion völlig überlaufen Nach unseren Erfahrungen - einigen Urlauben in Oberitalien - halten wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für wenig angemessen.

Wohnung und Vermieterin super!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieterin Cecilia ist liebenswert freundlich. Bei Rückfragen oder Problemen kann man sie während des gesamten Urlaubs kontaktieren und sie hilft einem gerne. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Ich verbrachte eine sehr entspannte Woche in Cecilias sehr schönen kleinen Wohnung, die alles bot, was man sich von einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Cecilia begrüßte mich persönlich und nahm sich viel Zeit, mir alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. - Gerne wieder!

Sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer prompt und genau auf Anfragen geantwortet hat. Wohnung sehr nett eingerichtet, für 2 Personen sehr großzügig, wirklich alles vorhanden. Umgeben von großer, eingewachsener Parkanlage, sehr ruhig. Eine ausgeklügelte Schließanlage vermittelt Sicherheit.

Schöne Wohnung
