The apartment was very clean, well equipped to cook meals at home and very close to everything ( groceries store, market, bakery, and sites of interest) The train station was within walking distance. And it was great being so close to everything in the old town. Enrique was very helpful to explain the functioning of the apartment, and advising us on restaurants, day trips and museums. As mentioned by another guest there is noise from the street at night but I think that is expected in a larger city. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very safe in this area.

The apartment was lovely. Exactly as advertised and very spacious. It was the perfect location for exploring old town Valencia, we greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, close to everything location. Or just anyone looking for a really nice apartment in Valencia. Margarita y Enrique were wonderful hosts. They provided us with maps and lots of information regarding the city as well as how to get around and places to visit. Although we didn't have any problems, they live close by so are available should you need them for any reason

Lovely comfortable and spacious apartment in a great central location. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops nearby. Bit of noise at weekend nights as it’s a popular area for tourists and locals. Kitchen is extremely well equipped and lunch areas are gracefully furnished. Enrique and Margarita were super reponsivr and accommodating. I was met at the apartment and they both took the time to talk me through local sights, bus routes etc.

The owner met us at the apartment. He gave us a tour around the apartment. After that we sat at the dining table with tourist map and he gave us all the information about Valencia! My husband and I have rented over 15 apartment and this was by far the BEST ever. We had plenty of paper towels, towels, beach towels, you name it, we had it. Absolutely awesome. We will be back.
