Absolute gorgeous holiday

We spent a fabulous 2 weeks in this spacious villa. The large garden & surrounding grounds were beautifully kept, the pool was wonderful & the different terraces to sit at were excellent. We used the outside BBQ several times & also enjoyed meals out nearby. We visited Siena, Cortona, Arezzo & Perugia during our stay. Great location & beautiful villa. Perfect for families & larger groups.

Very nice house with a big pool and beautiful garden.The local guy Fabrizio who came almost every day, helped with everything we needed. The only negative thing about the house is the last 2 km road to the house. It is in very bad shape and much worse than we exspected. When the road is fixed we would love to come back.

Très belle maison avec piscine et jardin magnifiques et soignés. Le lieu est superbe et paisible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Un bémol malgré tout, la route pour y accéder est absolument horrible et impossible avec une voiture normale, prévoir un 4x4 « pajero ».

Gorgeous, peaceful villa. Our family had everything we needed for our week's stay. We couldn't have been happier with the comfortable, welcoming home and the extraordinary gardens and pool. The location looks remote, but there are plenty of cafe's, restaurants, and markets within a short drive. We can't wait to come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato dall’8 al 22 agosto ed è stata una meravigliosa esperienza! La piscina e la casa sono molto belle, complete di tutto, ed il parco che le circonda è curato e pieno di fiori! I proprietari sono stati impeccabili nell’accoglienza e nell’esaudire le nostre richieste in questo anno di pandemia. Se volete staccare la spina e recuperare le energie fate un salto a Ca della Santina e lasciatevi cullare dal dolce suono dei grilli! Federica, Sara e Pietro

Wonderful hilltop retreat

We really loved this property. The grounds are magnificent and the pool a dream. The lawns are exceptionally well tended and there are many lovely corners to seek shade or to while away the hours. The rooms were all well accommodated. The bathrooms are typically Tuscan and the main bedroom spacious. The boys loved the twin bedroom and the kitchen-diner was well equipped and cosy. The only thing missing was a big comfy sofa in the lounge. But a great property and a well worth a visit.
