Quiet and lovely appartment one step far from mountains and from Annecy's lake

For one week, longer or even shorter period, come home to visit this wonderful area of Annecy, in the heart of the French Alps.
Our fully furnished appartment have been completely renovated with modern decoration and a real spirit for relaxation (massage table and cool music is provided). Suitable for 2 to 4 people.

Downstair : living-room, kitchen, toilet

Upstair : bathroom, 1 Double bed and 2 single sofa beds (with wonderful site seeing over 2 of the most beautiful mountains of the area : La Tournette and Les Dents de Lanfon)

Suny balcony.

On demand (contact us for further details) : kayak and cycle could be made available.
Art photography on the walls and if you'd like to try making art photography on your own we can provide with photo studio equipment (assistance can be provided if we are available).
For musicians who want to train even during holidays there is an electronic piano (Roland F-110). For non-musicians this electronic piano plays music on its own!

Le séjour était bien et l'appartement bien situé Cependant la chambre méritait au moins un lit de 1, 60 m (lit de 1,40 trop petit pour 2 adultes)

Séjour parfait!

Quelle belle rencontre! Notre séjour n'a duré que quatre jours mais était plus que parfait. Armelle et Stéphane sont vraiment des hôtes agréables, accueillants et disponibles aussi bien avant, pendant et après le séjour. Leur appartement, d'une propreté irréprochable, est très chaleureux, très bien équipé et possède des petits plus (kayak et canoë) qui permettent de partager d'agréables moments en famille. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. A très bientôt :) et merci pour tout! Julie, Antoine (le Traileur ;)) et la famille.

The interior design is appealling and thought through. It is well equipped with house hold appliances. The description of the flat was helpfull. The flat is situated close to stores and in walking distance to the lake. The environment allows a variaty of activities.

We simply love the Annecy area and more specifically Menthon St. Bernard, which have what you need for a great family vaccation. The lake, a cozy little town with some good restaurents, general amenities and only a few km from Annecy. I give my warmest recommendations

Très agréable séjour chez propriétaires adorables!

Nous venons de passer une fois de plus (3 années consécutives!) un très agréable séjour chez Armelle et Stéphane, chaleureux propriétaires, d'un appartement fonctionnel, au calme, proche du lac (5 minutes à pied) et des commerces, dans un des plus charmants villages autour du lac d'Annecy. Ils ont réussi l'alchimie d'une décoration à la fois sobre et soignée qui permet de se sentir comme chez soi. Il est équipé de tout l'essentiel et pourvu d'une terrasse où il fait bon partager les repas. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable. Merci encore à tous les deux pour votre gentillesse et pour l'opportunité de passer de si bons moments chez vous! A l'année prochaine (jamais 3 sans 4!) ;-)

Appartement trés bien situé au bord du lac,au coeur des motagnes , un véritable havre de paix pour se ressoucer au milieu de la nuture. Il est jolimement décoré , et possède des des " petits plus" qui sont bien agréable: piano, table de massage, vélos...Idéal pour un couple ou une famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour notamment grâce aux conseils des propriétaires sur les activités aux alentours. L'appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé près du lac. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

On n'a pas eu beucoup de chance avec le temps, il y avait de la grele, de la pluie et il faisait très froid - en partie. Quand meme on a passé des vacances magnifiques - à cause du bel appartement où on pouvait rester toute la journée. La cuisine est mieux que la cuisine chez moi. Je peux recommander cet appartement sans réserve. Merci encore une fois
