Would you like to stay in a relaxing and private environment with all comforts, in a quiet and safe residential area, a few minutes walk from the centre of town and just a few steps from the famous and beautiful beaches of the natural park of the dunes?
This is the holiday house for you! Is comfortable, it has a private tropical garden with a handy barbecue.

Fantastic, modern villa with all you could ever need. Also in a very peaceful, and private location. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Corralejo - We will definitely plan to return.

Great villa

Excellent villa in a great location convenient for both the beach and shopping. The villa was in a quiet location and was extremely clean and had great facilities. The outdoor spaces were in both sun and shade. We had a lovely relaxing stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it.

Very nice property,clean and well looked after. Good modern appliances and a lovely sheltered pool area. Quiet area about 20 minutes walk from the main strip. We would definitely come back.

Sun,sea and sand

Good location on the outskirts of Corralejo. Large shopping centre nearby and lots of good restaurants. Plumbing in the shower needs attention

I'm surprised to read your review about the shower "needs attention" without specifying the problem. You reported that the shower drain was clogged only upon check out, in fairness you should have reported this earlier and not in your review. I always advise my guests that any defect found before and during the stay must be reported immediately, so that I can intervene and resolve it for the comfort of the guests' stay. You stayed 2 weeks and during this time I have not received any communication of any problems from you. Only at the time of check out did you mention the drain to me and on the same day I called the plumber who immediately intervened by uncorking the drain, removing the hair that served as a plug. The only flaw, not from me, is not having reported the problem earlier, which is essential for the success of a pleasant stay and to be satisfied that I did my job well. Anyway, thanks for staying at my holiday home. Best regards Marisa

Great Holiday Home

Everything we could have wished for in the holiday home. Spacious sitting room, nice outside areas and an ideal setting to explore Corralejo and beyond. There was an issue with the boiler one day, but it was dealt with very promptly (probably much quicker than what would’ve happened in the UK). Highly recommended.

Lovely villa would definitely recommend

Stayed for 2 weeks at Casa Marisa and fully enjoyed every minute. The villa was spotlessly clean and tidy with all the equipment you could wish for, new kitchen, comfy bed and very private outside area with a lovely pool. It was a good 20 minute walk into Corralejo but was all flat and only a 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket which was handy. This was our first holiday in a villa and would definitely recommend Casa Marisa.

We had a wonderful holiday in the villa. Everything is there, even the jars with herbs. You can walk to the mall where the restaurants are. The sanitary facilities are clean and the rain shower is wonderful. The front garden is beautiful and you can sit anywhere. We will definitely come back

Yet again another superb stay

We have just returned from our second stay at this property. We were there for a month this time. Once again it was fantastic. Clean, well maintained and very well appointed. The property manager was very helpful and always at the end of a text if needed. Communication with the owners before we arrived was great. There is nothing we can fault about this property and we won’t hesitate to return and are already planning this.

Relaxing Stay

The house offers a perfect opportunity for a relaxing holiday. The pool is definitely a highlight and provides a welcome respite on hot days. The house's amenities are comfortable and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is situated in a peaceful environment, perfect for escaping the stresses of everyday life , but also a shoping centre in walking distance.At the same time, it is easily accessible and offers the opportunity to explore the nearby beaches of Corralejo. The communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated. All in all, I highly recommend this beautiful homestay,it offers an ideal combination of comfort and relaxation. A great find in Corralejo

A well appointed and very private villa in a great location. Exactly as described. An easy walk to the beach and the centre of town. We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved it. We only had one problem, the kettle broke. Maria the housekeeper had a new one with us within hours. Great service. And the pool man was excellent at doing his best to deal with the effects of a calima whilst we were there. The internet was superb. Puts the UK to shame. Communication with Marisa was superb We’ve booked for four weeks next year!

Quality fixtures and fittings

In a quiet residential area with the upmost privacy. Short walk to the beach and other interesting walks. 10 minute stroll to very good super market (Hyper Dino) and supplied with a great shopping trolley so even the 8 litre water carry is no bother. 20 minute stroll to main tourist strip all on the flat. Ask the neighbor next door (Dave) about anything and he’ll happily give advice on any concern and take his recommendations on restaurants as it’s superb food at reasonable prices. Don’t worry he’s always hanging about. This is a Villa that is just like the photos and description. I’m sure I won’t be the last visitor to say I’ll use this again on my next visit to the resort or Corralejo.

Very relaxing home from home

We stayed in Casa Marisa for eleven weeks between January and April. The house is very spacious and did not feel cramped even when my daughter visited with her boyfriend for a week. The terraces and gardens are well maintained with the benefit of sunshine from sunrise to sunset in the swimming pool. This pool was cleaned and maintained regularly throughout our stay. A previous visit to Corralejo gave us the opportunity to identify the best location for us for a second visit. This location was ideal, situated on a small, very quiet residential development, 10 minutes walk from the beach and nearest supermarket, and around 20 minutes from the Main Street. A good location if you enjoy walking as the town, beach, natural park, shops and harbour area are all within easy reach. We hired bicycles for the duration of our stay which cut down these times considerably (shopping around found us a very good deal). A dedicated space for car parking is available just outside the back gate which was very handy when we hired a car. Previous holidays over 30 years have seen us stay on various different resorts but the privacy here made it much more homely and relaxing. The house itself is kept very clean and has everything we needed for living at a home from home. An important concern when travelling is a good night’s sleep and we settled very quickly on the good quality bed at Casa Marisa. Valentina was waiting to welcome us when we arrived and gave us her telephone number in case we needed anything during our stay. We really enjoyed our time in Fuerteventura and would definitely recommend Casa Marisa to others. We are hoping to return next year.

Heerlijk huis

De villa is van alles voorzien . Mooie voortuin met zitje. Bedden zijn goed wij hebben er goed geslapen. Loopafstand naar restaurants en winkels. Geen last van de wind je kan heerlijke zonnen bij het zwembad onder de parasol . Dit was de tweede keer dat wij de villa huurden we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Schönes Haus - alles was man braucht.

Wie waren zu 4. mit 2 Kindern (15 und 9). Das Haus liegt praktisch für Unternehmungen am Ortsrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man zu Fuß oder auch größere Supermärkte mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Einzig die Bequemlichkeit der Betten im Kinderzimmer könnten wir als kleinen Kritikpunkt äußern. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin und der netten Dame vor Ort, die zum ein- und auschecken kam, waren ausgezeichnet. Man bot uns sogar einen späteren Check-out an, da unser Flug erst am Nachmittag ging. Die Ausstattung ist super. Neue Küche mit super Geräten, Waschmaschine in einem sparaten Raum. Der Pool und die Terrasse hinter dem Haus laden zum entspannen ein, der vordere Bereich ist schön angelegt, beleuchtet und alles sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus runden das tolle Haus ab. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und check im klappte reibungslos. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Ausstattung des Appartements und sehr gute Lage, wenn auch die riesige Bauruine gegenüber etwas unschön war. Man konnte perfekt wandern von dort. Die Wände sind leider etwas hellhörig zu den Nachbarn, das war das einzige was störte. Aber ansonsten top!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Casa Mar y Sol ist ideal gelegen, die Altstadt von Corralejo sowie der fantastische Strand Playas Grandes ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig aufgeteilt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannenden Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar viel befahren, trotzdem ist es im Garten, im Haus und am Pool sehr ruhig. Die Übergabe des Hauses bei Ankunft und Abreise hat super geklappt. Zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs gab es einige Probleme zu lösen: Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck waren durch die Vorgänger nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war defekt, Warmwasser stand nur in geringem Umfang zur Verfügung (jemand hatte den Warmwasserboiler vom Stromnetz getrennt), die TV-Umstellung auf Deutsches Programm war uns nicht möglich, da die vorhandenen Bedienungsanleitungen nicht mit den vorhandenen Geräten übereinstimmten. Lucia hat alle Probleme innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Sie hat während unseres Strandspaziergangs das Geschirr usw. per Hand gespült, es wurde eine neue Spülmaschine installiert, sie hat den TV-Receiver umgestellt. An dieser Stelle ein herzliches Dankeschön an Lucia, sie hat einen Super-Job gemacht. Nachdem die Anfangsprobleme behoben waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Casa Mar y Sol gefühlt und haben unseren 4-wöchigen Urlaub genossen. Wir hätten auch noch weitere 4 Wochen bleiben können. Wenn wir wieder nach Corralejo kommen, werden wir gerne wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage, nahe Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir sind von Lucia sehr nett empfangen worden. Es gab im Haus alles, was man braucht. Schön, die Lounge am Hauseingang. Pool wurde auch regemäßig gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt vorstellen. Vielen Dank auch an Marisa und Mann Sie waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
