Grand appartement belle vue . Remontées d’odeurs et problèmes d’évacuation dans les salles de bain/sanitaires. La chambre au Rdc non fermée par rapport au salon n’était pas mentionnée. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Warm appartement met mooi uitzicht

Dit is een warm appartement met een nooit uitzicht en vlak bij de piste en bij een bushalte. Er zouden theoretisch 12 mensen kunnen slapen, maar ik raad aan om met maximaal 6-8 personen te verblijven. Er zijn tien bedden en een slaapbank voor twee personen, maar het wordt lastig om met z’n allen dan nog gezellig aan tafel te eten. Bovendien is de keuken dan te klein (wat ons betreft). Het toilet in de aparte badkamer boven heeft weinig druk, dus daar dient rekening mee gehouden te worden. Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad in dit appartement en Juan en zijn vrouw zijn zeer toegankelijk. Een voordeel is dat er ook een wasmachine aanwezig is en de auto kan geparkeerd worden in de garage (als je tenminste geen dankoffer hebt).

Our first visit to Soldeu to ski ... and we recommend it !

In January 2019 we travelled as a group of eight people to ski the Grandvalira area. This terrific top floor apartment suited us very well – it is well maintained, is comfortable, has plenty of space, is well equipped and is warm with loads of hot water for the baths and showers. There are good views across the valley towards Soldeu and the mountains beyond. It is just a 3 minute walk to two excellent restaurants – C’an Pep and Borda del Rector. Both offer warm hospitality, outstanding cuisine and extraordinary value for money (just as we found wherever we ate in the Grandvalira area (when compared to the Alps). And Soldeu is only a 20 minute walk up the hill to the fabulous Cort del Popaire restaurant. The apartment is an easy 2.5 hour drive from Toulouse - we hired cars and drove across. This meant that each day it was straightforward to use the car to go 5 minutes down the hill to El Tarter - to park and pick up the skis from the Sport Calbo ski lockers and get skiing. Our thanks to Juan Antonio for his help in making this a marvellous first visit to Andorra.

APPARTEMENT CONFORTABLE CONFORME AU DESCRIPTIF

Appartement conforme à la description , nous étions dix et rien ne manquait sauf peut être des torchons pour la cuisine. C'est très agréable de pouvoir laisser un véhicule dans le garage. Dommage la neige n'était pas au rendez vous , mais ils ont bien skié tous les jours sur les sommets . Rien à dire.

La casa esta en una buena ubicacion, es bonita y bien limpio. Sin ninguna queja en ese apartado.

Le ponemos un notable alto, solamente el principal problema es el voltaje de la luz que nos limitaba cuantos cosas electronicas estaban conectadas, una pena, y el contacto con el propietario, que tardo algo en contestarnos al irnos de la vivienda, por lo demas, todo correcto

l'appartement est tres propre et aussi tres bien equipé.Il convient reellement si vous arrivez a 12 (nous etions 11) ce qui n'est pas le cas pour les logements que nous avions loué auparavant en andorre en passant par des agences de location.le rapport qualité merite largement les 5 etoiles.

voiture Obligatoire pour faire les courses , ski et autres , un bon petit rafraîchissement a faire (WC cassé,cabine de douche du bas qui inonde), sinon pas de problème de wifi ou chauffage comme certaines personnes ont eu (prévoyez caution pour garantie casse et autre) la personne qui fait le ménage en fin de séjour très peu agréable point super positif , le restaurant portugais en bas de l'appart "CAN PEP" !!

Bel appartement

Grand appartement conforme au descriptif. Seuls bémols : Chauffage fonctionnant par tranche horaire donc soit on a froid soit on a trop chaud. La cuisine dispose d'un four mais pas de plat pour aller dans le four. L'agence immobilière n'est pas des plus accueillantes. Je confirme que le WIFI contrairement au commentaire précédent. Une station de ski magnifique, nous nous sommes éclatés. Un resto en bas de l'appartement (Ancienne bergerie à droite du STOP en descendant)avec un cadre agréable, un accueil souriant et des plats savoureux à un tarif correct. Bref appartement à louer sans hésiter lorsqu'on est nombreux.

se ha verificado el sistema de calefacción y es correcto se ha verificado el horno y las placas y no tiene ningún problema no comprendo este comentario ya que esta perfecto se han añadido cuatro radiadores de bajo consumo móviles para que el cliente pueda utilizarlos en las diferentes estancias del apartamento a su libre disposición ya que estamos a mucha altitud y hay grandes cambios de temperatura de esta manera podemos garantizar que la temperatura de confort sea la adecuada y que sea el cliente que maneje la calefacción asu medida

siento no funcionara el wifi en esos días posiblemente hubo un problema de conexión hay conexión de fibra óptica se ha revisado y esta funcionando perfectamente desde entonces ya no ha dado problemas

"Tres bon rapport/qualité prix. Appartement très propre, géré par une agence immobilière sur place. Très pratique. Très bien équipé, possibilité de se garer soit dans le parking soit aux pieds de la résidence. Appartement très calme. Il faut par contre noter qu''il faut prendre la voiture pour aussi bien aller faire des courses que se rendre sur les pistes de ski. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir."
