Lower level, captivating views! Two swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center.

* Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the project has been completed. At this time, we do not have a completion date. We will update this listing when we have more information.

Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this three-bedroom, two-bath, first floor corner unit has great views.

Upon entering the unit, you will find a well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats eight. The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views. There is plenty of seating, including a comfortable sofa which pulls out to a sofa bed.

Relax and enjoy the view or enjoy outdoor dining on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with granite counter top vanity and Gulf views. The master bath offers a large garden tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and is just off of the living area. The third bedroom is located near the entry of the unit and offers a king bed. The guest bedrooms share a hall bath with granite vanity, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1,600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.

On-site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Wonderful beach vacation

We liked being a very short walk to the beach and right by the pool. It was also a 10 minute walk to multiple restaurants and ice cream shops. It was a wonderful place to stay with grandchildren.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle with our kids and grandkids. It’s within walking distance to fun family friendly restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable for the 6 of us! The first floor gave us quick access to the beach and the pool, but the view would probably be better a few floors higher.

The king size bed in the master room feels hard at first when you sit on it but BEST sleep we have ever had with the firm mattress. If you have a fire stick I'd recommend bringing it. Plenty of counter space for meal prep and nice big kitchen table for everyone to sit at. No complaints at all easy check in and out!

Emerald Isle is a wonderful place. From check in to check out everything is perfect. Our condo has an ocean view. The condo is beautiful and has everything u need. There r two pools, exercise room and a hot tub. It is in a great location, u can walk everywhere! I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back next summer.

Great location! Beautiful view!

We were in town for a college graduation and were able to make it even more enjoyable by staying in this beautiful beachfront condo. The beach and pools were great! The condo is very spacious- plenty of room for a family. The king beds were especially comfortable. The one negative about the building is that there are only 2 elevators. This was okay in the middle of the week, but made it very difficult Friday-Sunday. We had to take our luggage down the stairs as we literally could not get onto the elevator due to high traffic. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo. Just budget extra time for delays with the elevators.

Condo was exactly as described. Slight delay checking in, but it was after hours. Couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the off site check in. Although the view isn’t as great as a higher floor, it made using the stairs much easier than waiting on the slow elevator(building issue, not a condo issue!!!) would definitely rent again. Comfy beds & furniture. & my group of teens loved being so close to shopping & restaurants.

Pensacola Getaway amid Virus

We also were fortunate in having stairs close so we could go out to parking lot without using elevator(can’t get back in that way) Space was clean and has good appliances. Loved the windows in front and side. Two things that could be improved are: More kitchen utensils , pots etc. would be good and more than one towel per person. Instead of ironing board-who irons these days- a folding drying rack would be great in rentals like this.
