Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, die Schlafzimmer und Betten okay, das Bad schön, flauschige Handtücher, große Dusche mit fester Duschwand , Gasherd vier Stellen, Küchenausstattung sehr komplett, sogar Grillpfannen - wir haben stattdessen die prima Grillstelle genutzt: gemauerter Grill, (Kohle/Anzünder - mdB wieder aufzufüllen-, Rost, Grillkorb/klapper für Fisch oder Gemüse oder Spieße, Feuerhandschuhe und Anzündkamin). Tipp: falls Kohle im Supermarkt Conad (sehr gut sortiert und gutes Grillfleisch) aus ist, hat der Baumarkt ein wenig die Hauptstraße weiter welche). Der Sitzplatz beim Grill hat den schönsten Blick wie vom Pool (gemütliche Liegen) und dem wirklich parkähnlichen Garten (uneinsehbar für Nachbarn): See Berge, traumhaft. wir haben nur den kleinen Strand beim Campingplatz getestet, sauber, Gras zum liegen, kaum natürlicher Schatten, Kiesel am Wasser und ins erstaunlich wellige Wasser, schnell tief, quasi keine Wasserpflanzen. Für uns „Große“ also mE perfekt, für Kleinkinder eher wenig geeignet. Ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt von der am Ortsrand oben am Hang gelegenen Wohnung ist ein ganz kleines Geschäft, das bis 31.8. jeden Tag geöffnet hat. Das ist qualitativ eher ein Deli, aber preislich bei den Brötchen, Brot, Foccaccia, Minipizza viel günstiger als deutsche Bäcker. Wir können noch die selbstgemachten Kekse, die besondere Wurst von einem örtlichen Landwirt und die Marmelade besonders empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig, abends hört man mal die nahen Kühe oder Nachbarn.

Top Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter.

Die Wohnung selbst und die Lage ist weitaus besser als es auf den Bildern deutlich wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend, insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Séjour à Colico - période mi septembre

L'appartement était bien sympa et correspondait parfaitement au photo du site. Aucune mauvaise surprise, ni pour l'appartement, ni pour l'extérieur. L'extérieur est super bien entretenu et les propriétaires vraiment super sympa. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le temps mais la vue de l'appartement vaut le coup d'œil. C'est un endroit reposant et donne envie d'y retourner. Je le conseil à tous. Notre bébé étant malade pendant le séjour, nous n'avons pas pu tester de restaurants.

Siamo stati felici di avere ospite questa famiglia nella nostra casa per le loro vacanze. Nel prezzo è compreso: pulizia iniziale, per farvi trovare tutto in ordine e pulito. Biancheria da letto e da bagno con cambio settimanale. Nel bagno abbiamo messo asciugacapelli, sapone e un rotolo di carta igienica, prodotti per la pulizia per chi desidera vivere al meglio. Avrete a disposizione posto privato per 1 auto, uso della piscina con sdraio, barbecue. Sono compresi i consumi di acqua, luce e gas, uso della lavatrice comune n. 1 lavaggio a settimana gratis. Al vostro arrivo potete trovare sul tavolo un piccolo benvenuto con dolcetti e altro, mentre nel frigorifero troverete da bere acqua e succo di frutta per ristorarvi dal viaggio. Durante la stagione condividiamo con voi verdura e frutta del nostro giardino. Accettiamo consigli per migliorarci sempre e poter offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti. Confermando direttamente con villatrecariole non si pagano le commissioni a questo sito e il prezzo risulterà inferiore.
