Villa Zéphyr 5 bedrooms, heated pool, sea view

Ideally located on the top of a hill in a green setting on the edge of a natural park, the villa offers a magnificent sea view with maximum sunshine and enjoys a very calm environment without any vis-à-vis.

Its multiple sunny or shaded terraces will allow you to enjoy the Var climate at any time of the day. The pool house next to the pool will allow you to have lunch in the cool even by heatwave.

The large kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances and hosts a dining area (for breakfast or children). The large living-dining room adjoins the kitchen and gives access to a large south-facing terrace with sea view connected to the garden level by an external staircase. On the first floor: 1 large master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom as well as a mezzanine with sofa bed and TV corner overlooking the large living room. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms with double beds with a bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. On the garden level (access via external staircase): a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and wc and a 3-bed bedroom with independent shower room and Wc.
All bedrooms have their own outdoor spaces, terraces or balconies.
