This 2BR/BA corner unit is bright and well appointed featuring vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, heated floors, jetted tub, and provides instant access to everything we love about Whistler.
A quiet location, natural light, easy ground floor load in/out, and the proximity to upper village facilities. The open floor plan creates a comfortable space inside where the ground floor access extends naturally to the grass (and snow) outside offering plenty of choices for the kids and family.
We use the Chateau Whistler spa, pool and hot tub (fees apply) and it's only a 6 minute walk! We purposely selected a complex without a pool and hot tub to keep the fee and noise levels low.

Excellent stay at Brad's condo. Great location steps away from the bus into the village, lots of parking, nice condo, clean and tidy, ideal for 22 families wanting more space but still convenient to slopes. Highly recommended.

Brads place was wonderful. Very clean and neat and close to town, the lifts and the bus. Brad himself was a fantastic host and did everything possible to make us feel welcome, and had some great tips for things to do.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and very nice, and fully stocked with everything you could want (except maybe coffee!). Really great decorative touches. Very peaceful and quiet, yet still walking distance to the village.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Clean and warm and Brad is an amazing host! This was our first time visiting and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Hot showers and comfy beds and lots of room in kitchen to cook and have meals. We took the shuttle to the lifts which is super convenient. We had a really good stay and 100% would come back again (when hopefully there will be more snow!). Highly recommend this property!

Upscale and serene
We loved the condo in Whistler. Yes, it was a bit of a distance from the center of the Villages, but the walk was healthy and invigorating. Brad was great to deal with and attended to our needs. The condo is beautiful with every amenity we could want. We recommend it unconditionally!

A wonderful 2 bedroom Whistler condo that was perfect for our family of four. The bus stop to the village is right outside the front door which made getting to the mountain very easy…with ski boots on! A short walk across the street is the Four Seasons and Whitler Chateau Fairmont which was great for après after a long day on the slopes. Brad, the host was exceptional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this property.

Great location...wonderful condo
This was my 4th time to Whistler, but 1st staying in Upper Village. Really liked the quiet location. The unit looks out at the Fairmont golf course. Walking distance to chair lifts in Blackcomb. Nice kitchen we used to cook 4/5 nites we were there. New BBQ grill very easy to use. Brad was very responsive to email/text. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This 2-bedroom was perfect for our family of four for our Whistler ski holiday. While it is a short bus ride to the mountain, it is also very walk-able to the Chateau Fairmont shops and restaurants and this walkable to the bottom of Blackcomb if need be… which we actually did once with ski boots on. Exceptionally clean and with all the necessities, including some good games for after skiing. The host was exceptional and extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay
We spent three nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very responsive and manages his unit personally. If you've stayed in The main Whistler village you know how noisy it can be, sorry but that's not a relaxing time away. Alpine Greens is in a fantastic, quiet location with a bus stop right out front, running every 15-20 minutes. Put your boots on in the fabulous front entry/drying room, hop on the bus and get dropped off at either base area in a couple minutes. Also a nice 10 minute walk to the village. Unit is well equipped and maintained. We had a great stay and will be back.

Excellent stay!
My wife and I made our first visit ever to Whistler for 4 days over the Labor Day weekend and had an excellent stay...a very comfortable and cozy condo that is in a great location (close to the Four Seasons and Fairmont properties as well as the Blackcomb Village lifts)...a quiet location with all the amenities you need (e.g., very nice kitchen, new BBQ grill, HD TV). Also, if you golf, the practice putting green for the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club is right out the back door and clubhouse just yards away! Brad was most responsive to texts/emails. All in all, we had a great visit! Thanks!

Home away from home.
From the moment we walked through the front door after our long trip from Australia, we felt right at home. Brad was so kind to allow us an early check in and we were so grateful to be able to settle and relax. From the unique decore touches, access to Wi-Fi and Netflix, super comfy beds, beautiful outlook onto the golf course and shuttle right outside the front door, everything about this apartment was easy and enjoyable. Plenty of room for our family of four to enjoy our holiday without being on top of each other. Located close enough for us to walk to the village or grab the shuttle that passed by every 15 mins. Brad responded to any questions or concerns very quickly and even gave us a call during our stay to check in and see that all was okay. We loved staying at Alpine Greens and would definitely love to stay in this apartment again next time we are in Whistler. Thank you Brad for being a fabulous host and letting us stay. We loved it!

Quiet and Comfortable
Exactly as pictured, this condo was cute and cozy. The comfortable beds were an added bonus after long days on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other essentials for making meals at home. The bathrooms were very well stocked with towels and simple toiletries (some tissues would have been nice for the inevitable runny nose). A hot tub was listed as on of the amenities to the condo. We were disappointed to find that the aforementioned hot tub was an additional expense located in a local hotel (shouldn't be listed as an amenity). The Host-Brad was very easily accessible. Even when we accidentally left something in the condo, Brad was able to help us retrieve the item remotely. All in all, this condo was a great place to spend NYE.

Awesome 2-bed Whistler condo for my family of three. We stayed several months in the winter and felt like it was our spacious home the whole time. Super comfortable beds and quiet for the best sleep ever. Great ground floor location allows convenient move-in and beautiful views over the expansive snow covered Fairmont golf course in the backyard. Easy to grill steaks out on the backyard grill or play in the snow. The bus stop to the village and two mountain bases is right outside the front door which made getting to and from the mountain very easy… even for my 6 year old! A short walk across the street is the Four Seasons and Whistler Chateau Fairmont which is great for après at the Mallard bar. Even without the bus, we routinely walked to the main village through the upper upper village to go ice skating at Olympic Plaza and/or have food and ice cream. Brad, the host is exceptional and rapidly responsive. I know Whistler well, and this is now my favorite location for its combination of quiet and easy access to all the action. We will definitely be inquiring about this property again. I highly recommend this property.
My wife and kids (9, 13) had a wonderful time in this perfectly located property. It has all the amenities you could ask for and for those who enjoy golf, this is perfectly situated steps away from the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. You are also situated right along a major trail perfect for a walk or bike ride to and around Lost Lake. You are also a short walk into Blackcomb where you can conveniently ride the Gondola up the mountain, jump on the Peak to Peak Gondola and ride it over to Whistler mountain, definitely a highlight of the trip. We've been up to Whistler numerous times, stayed all around the village and I can say this is one of the better locations for those who want some peace and quiet, but also like being steps away from amazing food and shopping. We will definitely be inquiring about this property again. Thank you.
We really enjoyed this spacious and comfortable townhouse. It had a well equipped kitchen and nice furnishings. The beds were super comfy. Short walk to the village. We walked to the lifts due to the bus strike and it was doable but tiring at the end of the day. Once the buses are running again it would be super easy as the bus stops right out front. Thanks for a great stay.

Our unit provides easy walking access to the Chateau Whistler, Valley trails, Lost Lake and of course the main village. Whether it's mountain biking, tennis, skiing or running - we love everything about it.

The Whistler Benchlands of Whistler known as a quieter section of the village, on the Valley Trail and on the #5 Bus loop (free of charge), and ground floor access on the golf course meaning easy load in/ load out. With only a 10 minute walk to the Village Stroll, 5 minute walk to the upper Village, and Tennis courts out the front door, and Golf out the back door, this unit provides immediate access to everything we love about Whistler.
