Ideally located 300 meters from the beach, close to all shops and restaurants.
15 minutes from ocean beaches.

Séjour très agréable dans une villa très confortable,au calme et fonctionnelle.À proximité de la plage du Moulleau,à proximité des commerces et transports en commun.Accueil et réactivité des hôtes au top.4 chambres bien indépendantes avec 3 salles de bains Jardin tout autour de la maison,bien clôturé et isolé du voisinage.Espace pour garer le véhicule dans la propriété.Je recommande vivement

Maison familiale agréable ( les propriétaires y séjournent souvent, on sent la maison vivante, accueillante, simple, de famille) ; Elle est idéalement située , nous étions au calme et nous avons tout fait à pied. Les enfants ont pu jouer dans le jardin.Le Moulleau est un quartier résidentiel très agréable, et le centre ville très sympa avec boutiques, marché régulier, glaciers, jolis restaurants, joli manège pour enfants, et départ possible pour le Cap-Ferret et le banc d’Arguin ..Très belles plages à moins de 10’min à pied. (Pas du tout bondées en ce début juillet!)Le propriétaire est très sympa et disponible. On n’a pas du tout à faire à une maison uniquement dédiée à la location, mais plutôt à un propriétaire sympa dont on a la sensation qu’il nous prête sa maison pour les vacances ;-)Merci pour ce séjour!

Il y a parfois des adresses qu'on aimerait garder pour soi, mais ce serait injuste pour le propriétaire. :-) Un jardin charmant, une maison bien organisée, trois salles de bain ce qui exceptionnel, une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, une excellente literie ce qui n'est pas courant non plus, le tout à quelques centaines de mètres des petits commerces indispensables et du bassin. On fait tout à pied, voilà une chose précieuse. Cerise sur le gâteau, le propriétaire est charmant et attentionné (merci!). Cette location est un excellent choix que je ne peux que chaudement recommander.

Une semaine en famille

La maison est idéalement située en plein cœur du Moulleau, nous avons passé un bon moment et nous avons bien profité du beau temps. Le jardin est top, seul petit bémol, la pièce à vivre qui est un peu petite (un peu ennuyeux en cas de mauvais temps). Ce n'était pas une surprise car visible sur les photos. En résumé, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bonne continuation

Très bon séjour !

Malgré un temps très moyen pour un mois d'août, nous avons passé là une bonne semaine en famille. La maison, très agréable et fonctionnelle, est conforme à la description et aux photos. Tout peut se faire à pied ou en vélo, un vrai temps de repos ! Etant venus à 2 familles, nous avons apprécié les coins nuits séparés (2 chambres de part et d'autre du salon). A refaire, avec un peu plus de soleil !!

Maison très bien située, à 5 mn à pied de la plage et des commerces

Maison agréable à vivre en famille avec des 2 x 2 chambres séparées par un salon ce qui permet du calme pour ceux qui se lèvent plus tard. Jardin très agréable qui entoure la maison et permet de rester à l’ombre à l’heure de la sieste. Voisins tranquilles, pas de nuisances sonores à part quelques éclats de rire dans la rue vers 23 h après la traditionnelle glace au Moulleau mais rien de bien méchant. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ( club Mickey à 5mn) ou avec des amis(animations du Moulleau) tout peut se faire dans voiture

Charmante propriété du Moulleau

Charmante propriété très typique de la région bien située proche de la mer, et des commerces. On peut tout faire à pied. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est fort accueillant. Notre séjour a été des plus agréable mes enfants et petits-enfants et moi y avons été très heureux.

Un retour aux sources

Originaire de la région j ai retrouvé le bassin tel que dans mon souvenir. La maison est idéalement placée (plages, commerces, animation)et reste un havre de paix. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. La joie de laisser la voiture au garage. Le propriétaire est d une gentillesse extrême. Nous reviendrons. Merci encore de partager avec nous votre maison.

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre où l'on se sent bien!

A deux pas de la mer et du centre du Mouleau, la très agréable maison "Christiane" offre, avec son jardin, toutes les prestations pour un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et l'on s'y sent particulièrement bien. Un lieu idéal pour passer des très bonnes vacances en famille. Merci également au propriétaire, Pierre, pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse.

Merveilleux séjour, maison proche de tout

Maison très agréable à vire et très bien équipée ... avec 2 parties bien séparées, ce qui est très appréciable quand on est 2 familles. Elle se chauffe très bien donc pas de problème en hors saison. La maison est proche de tout et on peut tout faire à pied. Merci au propriétaire qui nous a très bien reçu ... on reviendra !
