Local fruit trees, local vegetables, peppers and herbs are also grown at Pinkshack Cottages and we offer complimentary garden produce to all of our Pinkshacker's to sample during their stay... Nature and animal lovers alike will adore the array of tropical birds which frequent the Pinkshack garden, the peaceful area of Five Islands also offers the unique experience to see free roaming donkeys, horses, cows,sheep, goats, ducks and chickens around the property's perimeter...The Five Islands area has no less than 10 of Antiguas 365 breathtaking, secluded beautiful white sand beaches, including one of the only Naturist beaches EDEN BEACH in the Caribbean, it's a rambling, secluded white sand beach which is considered an area of outstanding natural beauty and offers great snorkelling and an opportunity to see the rare Hawksbill Turtle swimming in the Hawksbill crystal clear waters or you may even see some turtle hatchlings scuttling into the clear blue sea... The blissful powder white sand beach at Deep Bay Cove offers an opportunity to hike up to historical Fort Barrington to view the Andes sunken shipwreck... Fort Barrington dating back as early as 1652, fortified in 1779 is one of Antigua's National Parks. . The property is located less than 10 minutes stroll from this outstanding area of natural beauty and history.
