A wonderful stay at this little apartment tucked down Via Roma. All we needed was here, the terrace is a beautiful sun trap, staying here for our time in Ostuni was a joy.

Si vous souhaitez des vacances au calme, ce n'est pas le bon endroit. La route est très bruyante entre la circulation, les piétons qui parlent fort et les voisins qui le soir jusqu'en début de nuit parlent fort dans la rue. Sans compter les travaux dans les maisons d'à côté (burin). Nous avons dû acheter des bouchons d'oreilles. Le logement est bien mais adapté aux séjours de courte durée car petit frigidaire et pas de four ou micro ondes. Nous avions réservé 10 jours, ça manquait. Par contre nous avons dû relaver la vaisselle car au moment de manger nous nous sommes aperçus qu'elle avait été très mal lavée par les précédents locataires. Le logement est au cœur du centre historique et pour se garer en pleine saison compter vous stationner à un bon 10 minutes à pied car pas de place de parking au niveau du logement.

Punktet nur mit der Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt dafür gibt es einen Stern. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten in der Stadt. Den zweiten Stern gibt es für die schnelle Reaktion der Eigentümer nachdem wir das Bett bemängelt haben (es quietschte bei jeder Bewegung). Der Fehler wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Aber die Wohnung ist für Menschen über 1,70 m nicht geeignet, wir haben uns einige Beulen geholt. Die Küchenausstattung lieblos. Das Geschirr an vielen Stellen abgeplatzt. Keine Möglichkeit sich einen Tee zu kochen, es gab keine Kanne nur einen sehr kleinen Espressokocher der kaum für 2 Tassen reichte. Pfanne und Topf runtergerockt. Der Kühlschrank passte nicht richtig in die Küchenzeile, dadurch konnte man die Verkleidungstür nicht schließen, die stand ständig offen. Im Bad lagen in den Ecken noch überall Haare. Die Gartenmöbel auf der Dachterrasse fielen auseinander. Vor Gerbrauch mussten die jedes Mal wieder zusammengeklopft werden. Den Sonnenschirm haben wir versucht notdürftig zu reparieren da sollte aber dringend ein neuer her. Die Pflanzen waren entweder vertrocknet oder über und über mit Unkraut bewachsen. Wir sind früher abgereist.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht von der Dachterasse, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz und ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt, alsauch in der Neustadt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ...la petite ville est juste superbe ..les gens que l'on a croisés juste magnifiques et adorables ..l'accueil excellent, les gens responsables disponibles et agréables ...on a adoré .. ce que l'on a regretté" c'est que la cuisine en bas soit loin de la terrasse ..pas toujours pratique et évident quand il y a beaucoup d'escaliers et qu'on n'a plus vingt ans ...on adorait les toits et aimait bien se poser mais chaque fois il fallait monter descendre monter et surtout ne rien oublier .. mais cela tient plus à notre forme physique qu'à la location .. voilà ... et puis le parking ..loin d'être évident ...on s'est débrouillé mais il fallait calculer les heures où on aurait un peu de place ... L'appartement est vraiment une invitation à vivre ailleurs et ça c'était génial ...Merci à vous tous

The Lighthouse is amazing! The location is unbeatable, a few minutes walk to the main square, countless restaurants, bars, gelato shops. Go up the road for the new town shops or down the road for the old town boutiques, 5 minutes walk to the simply market, free street parking closeby..... The pictures are 100% true, it’s gorgeous! Simple but stylish with everything you need. A/C in the bedroom, sun umbrella on the roof, great internet, washing machine, satellite TV, great kitchen supplies, quality linen...... The owners were a joy to deal with, quick reponse to any question/request. We loved the house & Ostuni.

appartement très charmant !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette magnifique ville d'Ostuni. L'appartement est situé Via Roma idéalement près du Centro storico. La terrasse était très appréciable surtout le soir tellement il faisait chaud ! L'appartement est joliment aménagé, on apprécie en particulier les voûtes dans toutes les pièces, sans doute typiques des Pouilles. La décoration est simple et soignée. On le recommande.

Un'esperienza fantastica

La casa è stupenda, rispecchia totalmente le foto e la descrizione che si trova sul sito! Casa tipica pugliese, tutta in pietra bianca, con un terrazzo che lascia senza fiato, con una vista su Ostuni e in lontananza il mare. Consiglio di passare qui una settimana, noi siamo stati benissimo. Fabrizio, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Perfect in every way

A charming, cozy, beautifully restored and well equipped house where we felt at home from the moment we stepped trough the door. The location is fantastic, quiet but just a short walk from the centro storico and the view from the roof terrace is breathtaking. Ostuni is a beautiful and lively town and a great starting point to explore the area (like Alberobello, Martina Franca, the caves of Castellana and Torre Guaceto). We absolutely loved it!!

The most wonderfull place for perfect holidays!!

A wonderful elegant historical home, restored with so much intuition for elegance and snugness as well. All over high grade materials and lovely details. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is done in a luxurious way and the cozy bedroom at the second floor is just gorgeous. (Best mattress!) The private terrace at the top has a great view above the roofs, the historical city and the wonderfull blue sea. It is just a few steps away from the historical center, but in a calm street, perfect possibilities near by to park the car. The owners are so cordially, warmhearted, competent and helpfull in all cases. (So nice and personally wellcome-package, always to reach if you need help!) The most beautifull place to spend recreative holidays!!

TUTTO FANTASTICO!

la casa è splendida! ristrutturata alla perfezione con materiali di gran pregio, finemente arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Si trova in una posizione davvero privilegiata, direttamente nel centro storico, a due passi dalla piazza principale, in una via molto bella e tranquilla. La terrazza all'ultimo piano gode di una bellissima vista sui monumenti storici e sul mare. L'accoglienza e disponibilità dei proprietari davvero squisita.
