The cottage has been fitted out in the outbuildings of a magnificent 17th century Logis, ideally located, very quiet property, comfortable, tasteful decoration, 2 terraces of 30 m2, fully renovated, hilly landscape with stream below, in full nature.
Rental annexes in the Logis for additional beds:
"Studio-Loft" of 4-6 pers. and / or "Logis room" for 2-3 people.
Bikes, table tennis table at your disposal.
Bike and mountain bike trails throughout the region.
Outdoor swimming pools 10 minutes away (Brécey) and indoor swimming pools in Villedieu les Poêles (15 minutes). Aquabaie in Avranches;
Crossing the bay from Genêts 20 minutes.
Decreasing rates depending on length of stay.

Are located in the Pays de la Baie 30 minutes from Mt St Michel, Granville; 1 hour from St Malo, Cancale, Cherbourg, the Landing beaches.
