The beautiful Pointe d'Esny beach stretches over a mile between Mahebourg and Blue Bay (Marine Park). The turquoise lagoon, well protected by the coral reef, is safe for swimming and snorkelling. It is also a popular place to enjoy the pleasures of windsurfing and kitesurfing in winter.
The nature lovers will not miss the guided tour to the Island Egrets. This nature reserve is a bird sanctuary inhabited by many rare species such as the Pink Pigeon and rare Kestrel, which is considered the rarest falcon in the world.
Some restaurants offering various cuisines are found along the coastal road. Otherwise you can go to you within 10 minutes drive in the historic village of Mahebourg, which offers a variety of interesting things: museum, crafts, typical shops, shows, restaurants, supermarkets ...

Great beach house

We had an awesome week at this wonderful house, located right at the coral beach with teal water.Those spacious, comfy rooms and the lange porch, where we enjoyed breakfast, dinner und leisure time, were just great. A lovely maid took care of the rooms and the well equipped kitchen 6 days a week and even cooked tasty meals by request. It's definitely worth coming back one day for another visit.

An absolutely perfect holiday

We loved our stay at Pointe d’Esny. The house is beautiful, comfortable and feels like a proper home rather than a holiday rental. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and with grown up children it was really great to have each our own bathroom. Having both a front and a back terrace is also perfect as on windy day we could still eat outside without being bothered by the wind at all. The cleaner and the cook were both incredibly helpful and discreet at the same time and Virginie was very helpful with advice and lovely to talk to. We shall miss this house terribly! Thank you again Virginie for a really fantastic holiday

Un coin de paradis absolu à l'île Maurice ! Nous avons passé un séjour en famille tout simplement inoubliable. Cette location est une véritable perle rare que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.Ce que nous avons adoré :L'emplacement de rêve : Située au bord d'un lagon cristallin, la maison offre une vue à couper le souffle dès le réveil. Accéder à cette eau turquoise en quelques pas est un luxe dont on ne se lasse pas.Le confort et le style : La décoration est soignée, chaleureuse et faite avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sent tout de suite "chez soi".Un équipement complet : Rien ne manque ! La cuisine et les équipements sont pensés dans les moindres détails pour que le séjour soit fluide et sans stress, ce qui est essentiel quand on voyage en famille.C'est l'endroit idéal pour déconnecter et profiter de la douceur de vivre mauricienne. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et une seule envie : revenir l'année prochaine.

LaMaison est magnifique, elle a un quelque chose en plus qui la rend très agréable, elle est bien équipée , fidèle aux photos , au bord d’une plage magnifique , je n’ai absolument rien à ajouter si ce n’est un grand merci à Virginie pour son accueil, et à Kelly Jocelyne et Bernadette pour la cuisine et le reste … notre séjour a été incroyable grâce à cette maison et à vous toutes . Große, komfortable Villa

Die Villa bietet alles was man bei voller Belegung braucht. Auch bei Regen sitzt man trocken auf der sehr großen Terrasse. Eine Köchin bereitet die Speisen zu. Der Blick aus den Zimmern ist phantastisch. Die Besitzerin ist bei Problemen sofort erreichbar. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen..

Très bon séjour avec petit bémol

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette confortable villa très bien située au bord d'une magnifique plage peu fréquentée. Nous regrettons cependant, compte tenu du prix de la location, un petit manque de suivi au niveau de l'intendance et maintenance ( machine à laver défectueuse ainsi que problèmes électriques d'éclairage et de télévision). Un petit fond de placard tel que huile, sucre, vinaigre aurait par ailleurs été apprécié.

Séjour de rêve à Pointe d’Esny

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Virginie avec des amis. Tout est parfait, villa idéalement située en bord de lagon et très bien aménagée. Les plats préparés par Mélissa étaient délicieux ainsi que les desserts. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et cela est très agréable en vacances. Tout cela dans la bonne humeur ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt, peut-être avec un petit peu plus de vent pour le Kite Merci à Virginie la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et le soin apporté à l’accueil.

Une villa exceptionnelle dans un site exceptionnel

La villa est bien aussi idyllique que le laissent supposer les photos. Spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien équipée, superbement meublée et décorée, nous y avons passé un séjour de rêve. Les eaux du lagon se laissent contempler depuis la maison. On peut s'y baigner sans danger et admirer les petits poissons dans les coraux en remontant la plage à droite sur quelques dizaines de mètres. Deux kayaks sont également à disposition. Par contre les conditions n'étaient pas bonnes en cette fin octobre pour le kitesurf : pas de vent ! Virginie, la propriétaire, nous a très bien reçu et elle s'est montrée accommodante sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, nous permettant ainsi de profiter pleinement de notre dernier jour de vacances. Merci, Virginie ! Et nous n'oublierons pas la gentillesse toute mauricienne de Fidou et Mélissa, les deux employées de maison. Une mention toute particulière à cette dernière, cuisinière hors pair.

We very much liked everything about this rental. The house is beautiful, large, confortable, well furnished and in a wonderful location. Filou, the house help, was very supportive. The only remark is that hot water was not very good on the upper bathroom floor

splendide maison pieds dans l'eau sur un site naturel et peu fréquenté , donc tranquille et beau !! Bien sûr , il faut aimer le soleil et le vent qui chasse les nuages , amateur de kite surf , amateur de planche à voile trouveront leur bonheur ! Cuisinière et femme de ménage sont formidables !!

Superbes vacances

Superbe maison, tout confort, grande pièce à vivre et deux terrasses littéralement face à la plage. Conforme aux photos qui font rêver! Virginie a été très arrangeante pour l'arrivée et le départ. Fidou, l'employée de maison est aux petits soins. Séjour très agréable (et à renouveler, on a déjà envie de repartir)!

Une villa de rêve

Ce fut notre second séjour dans cette magnifique villa (premier séjour en janvier 2013). Tout est toujours aussi parfait que ce soit la beauté de la vue depuis la terrasse ou dans le sable sous les cocotiers, la qualité de la construction et de l'aménagement intérieur et bien sûr la longue plage de la pointe d'Esny souvent déserte et aux eaux translucides.
