On the seafront, Theoule sur mer, Miramar, (15 km from Cannes). Splendid sea view and Esterel. A 1 km from the beach and the port of Figueirette.
Superb villa totally renovated and equipped with a large swimming pool secured with alarm system, heated (only from March to October) and overflow, 300 m ^ 2 terrace, 1300m ^ 2 garden, a petanque and infrared sauna .
In peace between the gold cornice and sea.
Our sumptuous villa sleeps up to ten people. It consists of five bedrooms (four with double beds and one with two single beds), four bathrooms / shower and 4 separate toilets.

The best villa for many miles

I spent an incredible week at this villa with my family. The spectacular views are matched only by the quality of the accommodation, outdoor space, and infinity swimming pool, all are very clean and in superb condition. The 5 large bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and large living area don't disappoint. The photos look good, but in person, it looks even better. I'm looking forward to booking another holiday here, as there are no better villas in the local area.

Wonderful

Wonderful villa with a mesmerising view. We spent a restful week and enjoyed the beautiful region of « La Côté d’Azur ». Manon was very helpful to answer our questions and everything worked smoothly. The house is well equipped, the bedrooms excellent and the terrasse is the perfect place to chill out. “Port de la Figueirette” is at a walkable distance (15-20 mins) with a vegetable and a cheese seller on Sundays, two restaurants, a coffee spot and the sandy “Bondi beach” accessible to kids and adults. We look forward to come back. Thanks !

Traumhaft zum Jahreswechsel

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit 7 Erwachsenen und Teens von 16-81 Jahren. Genügend Raum für alle, aber auch die Möglichkeit, im Haus gemeinsam zu kochen, sitzen, essen, spielen. Das Haus war kuschlig warm geheizt, eignet sich sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt im Winter. Der tolle Blick aus jedem Zimmer, das sagenhafte Wetterglück und die tollen Ausflüge zu den über die Feiertage geöffneten Strandrestaurants machten uns riesigen Spaß. Herzlichen Dank!

Wonderful property!

We spent 11 fantastic days in this wonderful, fully appointed villa. The view is just spectacular! Clean, modern accommodations providing absolutely everything needed. The hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation! Hope to see you again soon!

Die Villa ist wirklich wie beschrieben und die Betreuung durch die Besitzer ist sehr vorbildlich. Die Küche aus voll ausgestattet und auch ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was machen braucht.

Superbe villa

Nous avions séjourné dans la villa de Grasse l'été 2016 (mêmes propriétaires). Ainsi nous avons connu cette villa, qui est très différente de celle de Grasse. Le vieux Mas provencal de Grasse est un véritablement très charmant et accueillant. Cette villa à la mer, est d'un tout autre style (plus moderne), mais tout aussi accueillant. La villa était propre et bien entretenue. Ce que nous regrettons c'est de ne pas y être allés en saison estivale pour plus profiter de la piscine. Cependant, la villa est très bien équipée pour accueillir des locataires en hiver. Il est possible de se réchauffer et de passer de merveilleux moments en famille lorsqu'il fait froid grâce à un feu de cheminé intérieur. De plus, l'extérieur est très bien équipé également : feu de cheminée extérieur, un sauna, un feu à gaz extérieur et des chauffages sur la terrasse. Tous ceux-ci nous ont permis de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur. De moments en famille en cette fin d'année supers agréables. Je recommande fortement cette villa, et espère pouvoir y retourner rapidement en été.

magnificent villa with ocean view

Veronique and Manon (her daughter) welcomed us in their magnificent villa. I'll always remember the first day we arrived, it was so sunny, the view was stunning and I immediately felt I was going to have a beautiful time in this ocean view villa. Especially since I left Belgium in the rain. The weather was good every day, except one (had some rain) but I guess Nature needed it... The pool was heated but since it was only 20 degres outside, the pool wasn't really hot but it was nice to relax in the sauna before having a little swim. I appreciated the fact that everything was provided (linen, towels... but also the pool towel for 10 persons). We also came with our little dog (5kg), Francis, and he also had a blast. The car were parked inside the propriety and we didn't use them as much, since we like the walk to the beach (10-15 minutes) and Francis enjoyed it too. In a few words, our stay was perfect and I highly recommend this villa.

Un rêve peut devenri réalité

La villa est en effet merveilleuse: agencée avec bon goût, tout est pratique, chaque chambre a son style personnel, les différentes terrasses sont chacune accueillantes à leur façon, le jeu de boule est idéalement placé, ... Le clou est la piscine à débordement dont les mosaïques couleur "mer" se fondent avec la Méditerranée! On se croit vrai-ment nager dans la mer, tout en faisant ses longueurs dans une piscine chauffée... Le soir, sous les palles des ventilateurs qui brassent discrètement un air rafraîchi, prendre son repas sur la terrasse en admirant les reflets de la lune qui scintille dans la mer, est tout bonnement "le rêve qui devient réalité"! Bravo! Promis, je reviendrai

un séjour sublime

Nous n’avons jamais loué une aussi belle villa. Elle a été totalement rénovée récemment, avec une décoration de goût et tout confort, dont la piscine chauffée, le sauna, jet de massage etc. Ceci ce rajoutant à une vue époustouflante. Le temps était au beau fixe et nous avons rarement vu un endroit aussi sublime que celui-ci. La villa est à quelques centaines de mètres de grandes plages de sable fin privées et publiques. La baie est superbe, la station balnéaire un charme certain, avec plusieurs activités aquatiques pour tous. Les enfants se sont régalés. Les environs offrent de belles promenades, dont l’ascension du pique de l’ours qui a été une magnifique découverte, ainsi que de belles balades au bord de mer. Nous recommandons les restaurants Marco polo et Panama sur la plages, bonne ambiance et prix abordable, nous avons beaucoup aimé ces deux adresses. Un vrai paradis sur terre. Nous revenons l’année prochaine pour sur !

Un moment magique !

Avec ma petite amie nous cherchions un endroit de rêve pour nous fiancer en toute intimité. Lorsque nous avions trouvé cette villa nous n'en sommes pas revenus. La villa est simplement splendide et la vue sublime. C'est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. Certes, nous y étions en novembre mais le beau temps était là. Et prendre son petit déjeuner au soleil face à cette vue...il n'y rien de comparable. Je n'ose pas imaginer ce que cela donnerai en été. La paradis certainement.
