Historical House with garden and spectacular view

200 SQM. 3 floor building. Sleeps up to 4 people: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds). 4 bathrooms (2 bath tubs and shower, 1 only shower). Sitting room. Dining room. Garden with spectacular view on the countryside. Air Conditioning, Laundry machine, dishwasher, 2 fireplaces, Television, internet wifi connection. Was an 1800 oil mill and the original press is still inside the property. It's located in the south part of the 1400 very well preserved village of Pereta (walls, tower and medieval gate). The garden is a hanging garden over the medieval walls and it's south exposure allows you to delight your eyes with dawns and sunsets over the green valleys and the sea.
