Cottage has microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Owner is usually available to provide suggestions and information about San Diego places to visit, activities and places of interest. Free parking is available on the property for guests.

Cute cottage near beach! We needed a convenient place to sleep near our daughter’s home in PB, and this worked out perfectly for us. Cottage is located in nice, safe neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Owners responded quickly to all communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights in March over spring break. The location and the interior were perfect for 2 people. Bathroom had everything we needed, check-in was super easy and the bed was comfy. The air-conditioning was a plus as it was warm out and it was quiet and worked great. Safe neighborhood, near cafes and on-street parking was free. Highly recommend!

We were gone most of the time with activities, but this was a perfect place to stay in the evening. Very Qwaint, clean and easy to get to.
