SERRA DO CARAMULO: A look to the East

House of contemporary architecture built in rural areas in a mountain village (659m altitude), fully independent.
Capacity: six people.
The house is built on two floors. The lower floor is an open space with kitchen and dining and living rooms and a small toilet service. The first floor consists of three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) and two full bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hob, toaster, electric kettle, DeltaQ coffee maker, ...) integrating all kitchen accessories needed.
The room is equipped with: stove, TV with MEO channels, DVD, stereo, baby chair.
In front outside terrace there is a small pool and a leisure area with rest chairs in front of it.
Adjacent, an ancient ruin, there is a charcoal grill, a countertop with stainless steel sink and dining table.

Alojamiento magnífico

La casa es tal y como se muestra en el anuncio. De diseño moderno y mi y funcional. Muy agradable y cómoda. Totalmente equipada. Cocina con todos los detalles y utensilios necesarios. El entorno muy tranquilo, ni un ruido a pesar de tener la carretera delante, pero es que no pasa casi ningún coche. Mucho que ver en la zona. Muy recomendable. Volveré seguro.

Alojamiento ideal en una zona para conocer

El alojamiento fue tal y como esperábamos. Casa completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para estar como en tu propia casa. Los dormitorios muy cómodos y el principal con baño incorporado. La zona de la planta baja está toda unida, el salón-comedor-cocina, que hace que sea muy práctico. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que varios días hizo malo y no pudimos disfrutar mucho de la piscina pero aún así la aprovechamos. Se agradece volver de hacer una ruta de senderismo por los alrededores refrescarte al llegar a casa. Nosotros viajamos con perros, que son muy bien recibidos. La única pega que el jardín no está cercado ni tiene puertas en los accesos y los perros podían salirse y habia que estar pendiente. El pueblo pequeño, tranquilo y sin comercios. Pero en coche a 15 minutos puedes encontrar supermercados grandes. Una zona ideal para descansar y muy bonita para conocer. Se podría decir que alojamiento perfecto.

Fue un placer tener a la familia Granja en nuestra casa. Lamento que los días no hayan sido buenos. Haré que se hagan las puertas para que los perros puedan caminar libremente en los espacios exteriores de la casa.

Comme à la maison

Maison parfaitement conforme à l'annonce, de grand volume idéal pour une famille. Avec tous les équipements comme si on était a la maison, de bonne literie et un extérieur parfait très agréable. Mention spéciale pour Cristina qui réponds rapidement aux mails et qui nous a bien fort bien accueilli.

Prachtige locatie

Het huis is gelegen in een klein bergdorpje en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Het huis heeft vele voorzieningen, en veel ruimte, met een mooie grote keuken, 3 toiletten en 2 badkamers. Van de badkamers zijn we zeer tevreden, een goede douche met veel en aangenaam warm water. Jammer genoeg was de keuken niet zo schoon wanneer we arriveerden: vettig/plakkend bestek en servies, een vuile ijskast. Verder doet de voordeur ook wat vervelend, waardoor ze niet op slot kon. De buurt is echter zo veilig en rustig, dat dit verder niet voor problemen heeft gezorgd. Voor kindjes lijkt ons het huisje niet helemaal geschikt, met een open trap zonder trapleuning. Tijdens onze vakantie hebben we in dit huis wel zeker een heel leuke tijd gespendeerd! De regio is schitterend.

maison agréable à vivre

maison très agréable à vivre, on s'est senti comme chez nous : cuisine très bien équipée, chambres grandes, 2 salles de bains, terrasse bien équipée également en chaises, table, chaises longue, barbecue. Seul bémol en cas de forte chaleur la maison prend très vite la chaleur et devient assez inconfortable notamment pour dormir à l'étage (pas de volets mais des stores) mais dès que les températures sortent de la canicule plus de soucis...

Modernes Haus an einem wunderbar ruhigen Ort !

Das Privathaus von Cristina ist mit allem was man braucht reichlich ausgestattet, großzügiger Raum im Erdgeschoss, Schlafzimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht, die Küche sehr praktisch und modern (macht wirklich Spaß da zu kochen...!) und hat trotz der modernen Stahlträgerarchitektur ein prima Raumklima! Auf der Terrasse unter dem Sonnenschirm kann man wunderbar frühstücken, man hat schöne Aussicht, es kommt nur ganz gelegentlich ein Auto vorbei, ansonsten ist es sehr, sehr ruhig! Überhaupt ist Cristina eine sehr liebe, entspannte Gastgeberin...als wir kamen, konnte Sie nicht da sein, hat aber ihre alte Mama und nette Leute aus dem Ort mobilisiert, die uns alles notwendige auf Portugiesisch und mit "Händen und Füßen" gezeigt haben...und dann hatten wir Vertrauen und himmlische Ruhe!...überhaupt sind die Menschen in dieser Gegend sehr kontaktfreudig und nett.. Vielen Dank Cristina für diese entspannenden zwei Wochen !! P.S.:den kleinen Pool haben wir wenig genutzt..man muss ihn mit dem Kescher sauber halten, aber auch das ist schnell gemacht...

Estancia muy agradable

La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos y está muy bien equipada, no le faltaba detalle. La localización muy buena, lo que buscábamos, en el campo rodeados de bosques, aunque por desgracia, había alguna zonas quemadas, producto de los incendios del verano pasado. Muy cerca de Viseu y Vouzela, pueblos muy bonitos y muy bien cuidados. Ha sido un viaje fantástico y Cristina, nuestra anfitriona, muy agradable y dispuesta. Lugar muy recomendable.

Nice and comfortable stay in Portugal

We spent a fantastic week in this house in Portugal. The house contains all you need for your stay both for cooking and relaxing in the pool area, and the house is well functioning for a family at 5. The owner of the house is very friendly and provided good service for sightseeing opportunities. We had a very good mix of visitring the mountains, the cities and just relaxing in the area. The people in the area is very friendly and forth-coming. It was a very nice experience and we can only recommend the place for others.

superbe séjour

nous avons passé un délicieux séjour à Caramulo dans cette superbe maison d’architecte. Cristina et Vitor sont charmants et accueillants. L'endroit est calme et reposant. parfait avec des enfants.
