Inside, Open Sky offers a large fully equipped American kitchen facing a spacious TV lounge, both open onto the terrace, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

A housekeeper who is also an excellent cook will be at your service for 4 hours on weekdays, ensuring that you can fully enjoy every moment of your stay.

Wonderful condo

The condo was beautiful, has everything you need and just as pictured. Its in a good area close to the main shops and restaurants in Flic en Flac. The communication with the manager is good and Stephanie the housekeeper is lovely and pleasant and keeps the place very neat and tidy. A wonderful place for a Mauritius vacation!

Relaxing stay!

The location is just wonderful. Sunsets are undescribable. Stephanie is a good cook and a very nice person. Most of the furniture as well as the showers and the matress in one of the bedrooms is worn out and need urgent replacement. A regular pest control would not do any harm since we had a lot of visitors we did not invite. All together we enjoyed our stay very much!

The stay was very good, the apartment and the staff on site are also very good and very helpful. The flat looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The only reason we cannot give this holiday accommodation 5 stars is that the terrace lighting does not work and there are repeated short circuits throughout the apartment.Similarly, property management for all buildings is not very reliable. They failed to have the water tanks filled on time four times, which meant that we were left without water throughout the entire flat for several hours on each occasion.

Paradise in Flic en Flac

We spent a fabulous time during our stay a the penthouse apartment of cap ouest. The flat is stylish and well equipped but it‘s the terasse that makes the real difference. Magnificent view to the ocean and sunsets made our stay unforgettable. The greeting at check-in was very friendly and professional and we received some contact numbers which were very helpful during our stay. On top we were spoiled with very delicious dishes, snacks and fruit cocktails, prepared and cooked by Stéphanie who also kept the flat clean and tidy and did our laundry every day. Very much recommended for everyone who looks for a special stay outside the hotels. Anytime again!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, mit traumhafter Lage des Apartments direkt am Strand. Die Sonnenuntergänge, die wunderschöne Terrasse und der Blick aufs Meer waren wirklich etwas Besonderes. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts mehrere Mängel, u. a. zeitweise kein Wasser, eine nicht funktionierende Markise sowie weitere kleinere Mängel, die in der Summe den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Positiv ist, dass die Verwalterin jederzeit erreichbar war, sich um Lösungen bemüht hat und es am Ende eine finanzielle Erstattung aufgrund der Mängel gab. Hervorheben möchten wir den großartigen Service von Geneviève, die Haushälterin, die sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert, sehr lecker gekocht sowie perfekt sauber gemacht und gebügelt hat. Insgesamt ist die Anlage in ihrer Infrastruktur und vom Erscheinungsbild, auch im Poolbereich, sichtbar gealtert und könnte – auch angemessen am Preis – eine Renovierung sowie regelmäßige Wartung vertragen.

Mit einem Wort: fantastisch! Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem tollen Penthouse verbringen dürfen jeden einzelnen sehr genossen. In der Realität ist der Blick noch schöner, als auf den Photos und wir werden sicher, sofern wir es nochmal nach Mauritius schaffen, wieder dieses Penthouse buchen. Zudem konnten wir nahezu jeden Abend (August) mehrere Sternschnuppen beobachten.

Un lieu de rêve

19 jours de bonheur. Une terrasse magnifique, un belle grande piscine, une magnifique plage et une mer claire avec un fond sablonneux. On s’est beaucoup baigné à la mer et à la piscine. Merci à Stéphanie qui nous a préparé de délicieux repas en plus de de garder l’appartement très propre. Merci aussi à Clivy pour l’accueil et la disponibilité.

Emplacement Exceptionnel

Vue grandiose sur le lagon, accès direct à la plage, résidence sécurisée. Très bel appartement penthouse avec terrasse et petite piscine privée à débordement. Environnement calme, bruit des vagues, c'est parfait ! Stéphanie est une perle rare, elle nous a cuisiné chaque jour de délicieux plats mauriciens. Sa gentillesse et son sourire sont à l'image de ce beau pays. Un grand merci à elle. La house manager était également très disponible pour répondre à nos demandes (transfert aéroport, location de voiture..) Notre séjour était tout simplement magique ! Merci

Traumurlaub

Ein sehr schönes Apartment an einer traumhaften Lage. Wir hatten etwas Mühe die Überbauung zu finden da es keinerlei Beschilderung gibt; Tip für die nächsten Urlaubsgäste: beim Hotel Golden Pearl einbiegen und der Strasse folgen (ungeteert). Übernahme hat schnell und reibungslos funktioniert. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment (u.a. neben Handtücher sind auch Badetücher vorhanden). Die Terrasse ist teilweise, wie von anderen Urlaubsgästen bereits erwähnt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an vereinzelten Stellen etwas Auffrischung gebrauchen. Ansonsten jedoch aus unserer Sicht alles wunderbar. Das beste am Ganzen ist die fröhliche und äusserst zuvorkommende Haushaltshilfe Stéphanie, sie hat für uns gewaschen, geputzt und super leckeres Essen gekocht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Traum Appartement mit Hotel Service

Das großzügige Appartement ist modern mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, modernen Schlafzimmern mit En-Suite Bäder und einer überwältigen Terrasse mit kleinem Pool. Die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Die Besitzerin und Stéphanie sind charmant und liebenswert. Stéphanie koch hervorragende kreolische und indische Gerichte und besorgt auch noch die zugehörigen Zutaten. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Service. Eine Bootstour kann direkt von der Anlage starten und den Süden der Insel kann man gut mit dem Mietwagen erkunden. Dieser ist zu empfehlen, da es auch zu den Restaurants ca. 1,5 Km sind. Alles in allem war es ein Urlaub auf sehr hohem Niveau und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Amazing accommodation for those who prefer 5 star accommodation in your own space.

Well this property certainly has the wow factor from the moment you walk through the door. Located next to beach with the most amazing sunsets. The private terrace with plunge pool set this penthouse apartment apart from the rest. Located in Flic and Flac a small number of restaurants are within a 15 minute walk from the property. We would recommend this property to people looking for a 5 star property with the flexibility and privacy offered by self catering with great facilities.

Schöne Lage mit tollen Sonnenuntergang

Das Appartement liegt wirklich ruhig und ideal für Schnorcheln, Strandspaziergänge und Ausflüge. Auto ist Empfehlenswert, der Verkehr manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Stephanie ist eine tolle Hilfe und kocht super. Die Terrasse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunft und empfehlenswert.

Ein wundervoller Ort für entspannte Ferien

Eine tolle Wohnung, in perfekter Lage, dem Blick auf traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und einem liebevollen, guten Geist Stephanie, der für Sauberkeit und ein leckeres Essen sorgt, wenn man es möchte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert und schnell. Wer entspannt und individuell Urlaub machen und dabei auf Komfort nicht verzichten möchte, wird sich hier wohl fühlen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaft schön!

Das Penthouse lebt von der Nähe zum Strand, dem einmaligen Blick und von der Haushaltshilfe Stephanie! Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube in dieser sehr schönen Anlage. Wir fühlten uns Dank des Sicherheitsdienstes jederzeit sicher. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und die großen Gemeinschaftspools sind klasse. Zum Schnorcheln sind es 20 Meter! Wir haben ebenfalls den kostenpflichtigen Bootsservice sehr genossen, der uns zu schönen Schnorchelspots und zum Schwimmen mit Delfinen gebracht hat. Das Penthouse selbst hat eine tolle Terrasse mit kleinem Pool und ist gut ausgestattet. Der große Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter ist bei den dortigen Temperaturen extrem hilfreich. Stephanie hat uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit, ihren Kochkünsten und ihrem liebevollen Wesen verzaubert. Super leckeres Frühstück, sehr leckere Gerichte zum Abendessen, tolle Cocktails und Snacks und das Ganze an sechs Tagen in der Woche. Sie hat sich um den gesamten Haushalt gekümmert und war in vielen Situationen sehr hilfsbereit! Auch die Managerin "Clivy" hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht und uns freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns mit allem vertraut gemacht. Einziger Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte/müsste ist das mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommene Mobiliar. Die Terassenmöbel und die Wohnzimmermöbel könnten eine Auffrischung/Erneuerung gebrauchen. Am Ende unseres Urlaubs wurde es dann leider aufgrund vieler Gäste in der Anlage etwas lauter. Wer traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge in einer tollen Umgebung mit super Service und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Jörg und Familie aus Bremen

Wunderbarer Familienurlaub in Flic-en-Flac

Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei Mädchen (15 und 12j) und verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Flic-en-Flac. Die Anlage und das Penthouse entsprechen genau den Abbildungen. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und bietet jeden Abend ein Sonnenuntergansspektakel. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die gute Fee Stéphanie. Sie steht jeden Tag vier Stunden zur Verfügung, hat uns jeden Tag wunderbares Frühstück zubereitet (häufig auf unseren Wunsch Crêpes, Fruchtsalat etc.). Zudem Smoothies, hat alle unsere Kleider gewaschen etc. Wir konnten jeden Tag auswählen, was wir zu Abend essen wollten, haben ihr dann das entsprechende Geld (i.d.R. 30 Euro) gegeben und sie hat alles eingekauft. Sehr entspannende Familienferien mit Golfspiel in Tamarina, Schildkrötenschwimmen in Troux aux Biches, Casela Abenteuerpark, farbige Erden, Port Louis, Strandreiten in Le Morne. Top Top Top und sehr empfehlenswert.

Vacances inoubliables 😁

Pour commencer le contact avec le propriétaire ainsi que la manager du penthouse se fait facilement, les réponses aux diverses interrogations se font très rapidement. L’emplacement est idéal , vu panoramique sur l’océan Indien , accès à la plage direct avec possibilité de faire de grandes balades sur la plage 🏖. La prestation comprend une cuisinière d’exemption pendant 4 heures du lundi au samedi midi . Le logement est digne d’une prestation hôtelière de luxe , aucun vis à vis , spacieux et calme. La literie est excellente, la cuisine est tout équipée et la terrasse grandiose . Résidence surveillée avec un personnel d’une grande amabilité. Sur demande , accueil a l’aéroport d’un taxi pour vous emmener à Wolmar ( lieu de résidence) . Un repas nous a été préparé ( en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée) . La Manager des lieux est à votre disposition quand vous le souhaitez. Concernant la cuisinière, faites lui entièrement confiance, elle vous fera voyager à travers la cuisine locale. Famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants 12 ans et 16 ans , vacances du 8 au 24 août 2019 , nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette magnifique location. Il est certain que nous reviendrons sur l’ile Maurice 👌🇲🇺 Famille Ferret
