Beach block! Oceanside condo, 2nd floor unit.

SLEEPS 9 comfortably.
4 parking spaces, directly in front of yard.
Located on a quiet block with easy beach access. Features a private deck & large, fenced in yard with an outside shower (shared with 1st floor unit).
We provide, but do not guarantee, 4 beach badges and 4 beach chairs for your convenience.
Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, portable crib (please bring a crib sheet), high chair and bed rail. We also supply blankets and pillows.
Renter is responsible to bring own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Kitchen fully equipped- Keurig, Belgian waffle maker, crock pot, electric griddle pan, blender, air fryer.
Wifi provided.
No smoking inside or on deck.
Please note that the minimum rental age is 28.
Pet-friendly (1) for additional fee. Inquire within.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close/lock all windows. Set A/C to 73, or turn off. Wash all kitchenware that was used, and return to appropriate draws/cabinets. Remove all items from fridge & freezer, wipe down any spills.
Remove all trash and place in appropriate cans OUTDOORS near street curb.
4 beach badges to remain hanging it kitchen. 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella left on deck. 1 key hanging in kitchen, 1 locked in lockbox outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
4 Beach chairs included for your stay. Any damage or lost chair will result in $85 (per chair) deducted from security deposit.

Great Location

The home was perfect for our family vacation. The location was convenient to the beach access and walkable to several food options and mini golf. The bedroom setup easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. Owner was very responsive throughout the rental process. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location, great property

This was a perfect shore home for our family (4 adults, 2 young children). We all fit comfortably with room to spare. The walk to the beach is very short, making it perfect to go back and forth. The property owners were great to work with and had excellent communication from booking to check in/out. We would happily book again and recommend to others.

Family Fun

We had a great family trip at Denise’s place. The cottage was large enough to comfortably fit all 8 of us as the high ceiling and open setup really helped. Proximity to the beach, beach chairs + tags, and outdoor shower were all pluses. We would definitely come back to visit!

Nice house for family

Overall house was lovely. Beach chairs and badges were much appreciated. Nice to have off street parking for 4 cars. Outside deck and yard were great. Bed rail, high chair and portable crib were a plus. Plenty of pots, pans and plates - not enough coffee cups or forks. Beds were comfortable. Few things need attention-furniture in living room needs updating or refinishing. Air vents in ceiling of one bedroom hanging off. Larger/expandable table in kitchen would be helpful (sleeps 9 but seats 6). Short walk to the beach - boulevard was a bit noisy. Lots of fun things to do in the area. Enjoyable trip. Hosts were available by texts for issues.

We ALL wished we could have stayed longer!!!!

Dealing with the owners, Kevin and Denise, was more than positive from our initial contact. They were most accommodating in working with us to find days that would work with the schedules of our family needs with days and weeks that were already rented. I greatly appreciated how quickly they responded to other concerns that we had. The house was VERY clean. We loved the recently renovated bathrooms. Very tastefully done! Several of us did use the fabulous outside shower to expedite our "after beach" plans. There was a lot of room plus it was clean and had a great shower head. We did not once have to wait for its use or had anyone wait for us even though that same shower is also shared with the bottom unit. While sitting on the deck plus from western side of the the living room windows, we enjoyed being able to see the bay with jet skiers and boats. We enjoyed the fact that we were so close to both bay and beach. It was a comfortable walk to the sand and that beach was immaculate! It was our very first time at Brant Beach and we will return! The house picks up some road noise of the main drag, but with everything else so great, it was not a big deal. I gave the rating of 4 stars due to the deck furniture needing attention. However, without my even mentioning any dissatisfaction, the owner came forward and mentioned that that was going to be replaced next year. Still we had most evening meals out there and so enjoyed the location. I am confident that next visit will be rated 5 stars. THANK YOU Kevin and Denise....from the bottom of our hearts.

Wonderful!

This is a great comfortably furnished beach house for families! We recently rented this vacation house for family members attending our son's wedding on LBI and it was so much nicer than a hotel room would have been! The owners were responsive and easy to work with and provided a very warm and inviting stay for our guests! The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable! We look forward to visiting LBI again and renting again! Thank you Denise & Kevin for your hospitality!

We had a great girls weekend, the rental was a perfect set up! Very clean and easy walk to the beach! The owners were very responsive to a quick question we had and super nice!! If you want to stay in LBI and be in a great central location and a walk a way to the beach this is your spot to stay!

Great location!!!!!

Stayed last summer with my wife and 3 children. We had a great time and have already booked for next summer. House was clean and the owner was very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I can not say enough about the sunsets from the deck (with a glass of wine of course) and how close we were to the beach. It made going to the beach with 3 kids very easy.

great girls getaway!

The location of this home was perfect for what my 5 friends & I were looking for. We were able to park our cars ( all 4 of us!) and then conveniently walk to the beach, miniature golf, ice cream shop, etc. We drove to Beach Haven one night, and it was less than 10 minute drive. Great spot to try is the Porthole Café located about 15 blocks toward the causeway...delicious sandwiches and great happy hour specials! Overall, this house was very clean and I would definitely return again...for longer next time!

Why they chose this property

We have rented in many parts of the island for years before buying property, but settled in Brant Beach for the proximity of the causeway and more importantly, the endless sandy beach! There are so many places in walking proximity.
