Beautiful 3b-2 b, Stunning Gulf Front views, steps from Pier Park

Enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view from the balcony of our 22nd floor balcony. The spacious living room and master bedroom are oceanfront and provide a spectacular view of the emerald water and sugar white sand.

The Calypso Resort is conveniently located on the west end of the beach, which is less congested and family friendly. We have an ideal location across the street from Pier Park. Pier Park provides outdoor shopping, entertainment center including the Grand 16 IMAX and movie theaters, numerous restaurants, retail stores, amusement rides.

Take a walk across the street to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Back Porch Seafood, Pompano Joe's,and Dick's Last Resort restaurants or enjoy live music at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. You can pickup your sunscreen at the Super Target or enjoy a cup of coffee at the Starbucks. Bring the kids to Gulf World (less than a mile East of Calypso) to enjoy a Dolphin encounter and various shows through out the day.

The Calypso Resort has two gorgeous free-form 175 foot pools which are directly on the beach. The tropical landscaping and you are on the beach. Don't forget to stop at the Tiki Bar on the way down for a delicious frozen drinks. The Calypso provides on-site beach activities & rentals such as Parasailing, Wave Runners and Banana Boat Rides.

If you need a break from the beach, go up to the workout room located on the 3rd floor to use the treadmill, elliptical trainer, or free weights!. Take the elevator down a floor turn right and your right back to our condo where you can check your email with the free wireless internet that we provide in the room!

Accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, King in the guest bedroom, the third bedroom composed of two twin beds.

There are many extras including: 9 foot ceiling throughout with crown molding, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, wet bar and separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

We only rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and checkout. Check-in time is 3:00pm CST and check-out is 10:00am. There is a 3 night minimum stay during other periods.

Our unit is NON-SMOKING and we can't allow pets. WE DON'T RENT TO SINGLES UNDER 25. NO SPRING BREAKERS!!!!!Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to loss of deposit and rental fees and you will be forced to leave by onsite security.
