ALGIERS Tipaza Bouharoun: Charming and apt F3 in a villa level with courtyard in a quiet residential subdivision very close to the beach and the fishing port
The apartment is. located in a typical American level villa in the residential area near the port. It was completely restored in 2012. Walls, ceilings, woodwork and windows, tiles, sanitary ware and furniture are new.
The surface is 120 sqm in total. A large living room and spacious limineux oriental type with two windows overlooking the entrance and went to a door window on the road, the kitchen and bedroom are on court. The whole apartment is air conditioned (3 indoor units) windows are glazed and isophonic guarantee the silence inside, the shutters and the windows obscuring a satisfactory dark for the night.
The beds (1fois 160/200 cm) and other shaped living room, they have the same comfort that a fixed bed. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with quality equipment. Throughout the apartment, plenty of storage space are available.
From the apartment on foot in 2 minutes you reach the sea and the fishing port with these restaurants and the village market at 200m.
5mn from Bérard and its wonderful plane trees on either side of the road is 10mn Tipasa, Algiers and the multiple museums palaces and gardens is only at 20 minutes motorway through Zeralda, Sidi Frej, Club des Pins, Staouali etc ..

Bel appartement, séjour agréable
Appartement agréable, tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Une petite ville sympathique, à proximité de grandes villes (alger, tipaza, blida, ..)
Très satisfait du sérieux du loueur ainsi que de son frère sur place qui se rend disponible au cas où.
