The house is located in a great area, with sea view terrace, parking, fenced courtyard. It is located in Lungomare Avenue, which leads directly to the beautiful bay: Porto Frailis avenue surrounded by green spaces, paths and spaces for walking. The house is also located at just 50 meters from all amenities, at walking distance, by foot, there are very close to the housemany services such as a bank, post office, ATMs, restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias and all kinds of shops. But above all, it is just 100 meters from the seafront in Arbatax, where there are wonderful place to spend hours in front of the beautiful sea. The port is located at the end of the promenade, in the docks where you can make long walks face of the swinging boats, in 'the marina'. In addition, you can buy tickets right on the harbor, for excursion by sea in the Gulf of Orosei, mini-cruise that lasts a day, it's about 40 Km of coast and little beaches spectacular, impossible to describe, among numerous coves, sea colors that only in the tropics you can find. Caves can only be visited by sea, there are lots of natural attractions including the possibility of doing water sports.

IT'S A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN RESIDENTIAL AREA IN ARBATAX (Eastern coast of Sardinia), 100 m. from the promenade in front of the sea and 'marina', from which you can make by boats, excursions by sea in the Gulf of Orosei, 40 km of coastline that are unique in the Mediterranean sea. You can reach all services by foot, at short walking distance, including restaurants, pizzerias, Post office, bar, pastry shops, ATMs and bank - just a few steps away from this beautiful vacation home. The house is NEW, and it consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and a very large dining room, a great terrace with sea view, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can eat en plen air. . It is located in Via Lungomare - Arbatax, at just one-minute bike or by car from the first beach, but around, at just few minutes it's possible to reach about 20 beaches, all wonderful, absolutely free of any kind of pollution.
