Superb villa with swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, and 1 other upstairs. a large living room and a veranda where you can discover the Pelée mountain, the Pitons du Carbet and admire the wonderful setting sun. The villa can sleep up to 8 people, the rental price is for 6 people an additional 20 euros per person per day will be requested beyond 6 .--------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------

The view was quite lovely and the sunsets were the best we have seen in Martinique. The kitchen was well equipped such that we were able to cook in when we wanted. The host was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the surrounding area.

We spent 3 weeks here in February and really enjoyed our stay. Yolande, the host, was very accessible and helpful if we needed anything. The property has fantastic views and is located in a great area. We were able to settle right in. The pool area is an excellent place to cool off on a warm day. Beaches and St Pierre are close by.

After a few small problems due to problems with the VRBO website and the challenge of finding the house at dusk we had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing, the view indescribably beautiful, and the stars and planets awe-inspiring. The host helped us quickly and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

An absolute delight!

This hidden gem was the absolute highlight of our visit to Martinique . We have stayed at many different types of VRBO rentals in the past, but this home has topped the list! Our hostess, Yolande, was truly amazing. She welcomed us as if we were family. The home is quiet and peaceful. The gardens are beautiful, and the view can’t be beat. We hop to return again soon.

Excellent location; quiet and beautiful!

This house had a stunning view! It was at the end of a road, and was very private and very quiet! It was a wonderful place to come back to after a day of exploring the north of the island. It was well equipped and had everything that we needed to cook meals. The pool was awesome, and the rooms each had their own bathroom. Honestly, it was great, and I fully recommend this place! The hosts were so kind and nice and available to take our calls. We highly recommend, we would go back in a second!

Vue magnifique, maison confortable

3 jours à Le Carbet pour visiter le nord de l'île. Nous avons profité des installations de la maison. Gloriette très agréable pour l'apéro le soir. Auvent fabuleux pour les repas. Accès un peu surprenant de nuit mais au réveil nous avons été éblouis par la vue sur la baie de St Pierre. Très bon contact avec Yolande. Chambres très confortables. Maison bien équipée.

Villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Excellent sejour, la villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Confortable, très bien équipée. Le GPS n'indique pas la bonne maison donc nous avons eu du mal à trouver mais Yolande est rapidement venue nous guider. Notre vol étant à 20h un départ tardif à egalement été possible nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la journee. Le coucher de soleil sur la mer avec un verre de planteur juste exceptionnel. Nous ne regrettons pas ce court sejour dans le nord de l île et nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette villa

Une très bonne adresse!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Frangipanier, en famille, 4 adultes et un enfant de deux ans et demi. L'accueil de Yolande a été très chaleureux et amical, de plus nous pouvions facilement communiquer par téléphone. La villa est très confortable et bien équipée, bien située, avec une terrasse et un jardin très agréables, ainsi que la piscine. Et une vue vraiment magnifique!

Vue à couper le souffle!

Accueil chaleureux de Yolande qui vient vous chercher dans le centre du village, afin que vous ne perdiez pas de temps à chercher la maison. La maison est spacieuse (avec ses 3 chambres avec sdb) mais ce qui fait tout son intérêt ce sont ses espaces exterieurs: grande terrasse, cabret, piscine avec deck mais surtout la vue très "ouverte" sur la mer, St Pierre et le mont Pelé.. avec à la clé de magnifiques couchers de soleil! La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans le Nord en évitant de trop longs trajets. Voici une adresse que nous garderons précieusement et que nous recommanderons à nos amis!

belle maison au carbet

La maison de Yolande est très bien équipée spacieuse et très agréable. La décoration est soignée on s'y sent bien. La maison est sur les hauteurs du carbet avec une vue sur la mer et des couchers de soleil extraordinaires. Quant à Yolande que dire ! C'est une femme pétillante pleine de vie aux petits soins pour ces visiteurs. Hervé son mari et Yolande sont des gens chaleureux et généreux. merci à eux
