L'appartement est situé sur une rue tranquille, tout près de la Place Stanislas. Pied-à-terre idéal pour visiter Nancy. Tout est propre et conforme aux photos du site VRBO. Salle de bain moderne et climatisation efficace.Le propriétaire, André, réside dans l'immeuble et sa disponibilité facilite grandement les communications. Ses confitures de mirabelles sont excellentes...

Très jolie appartement
L'appartement est très spacieux et propre, et le gérant au petit soin. La literie est également très bonne et de surcroît il se situe à moins de 100 m de la Place Stanislas. Nous recommandons Stephanie et Jean Louis

Séjour intéressant
Appartement bien situé et proche de ce qui mérite d'être visité. Le seul inconvénient est sa situation au 3e étage sans ascenseur(180 marches) et qui n'apparait pas dans la présentation sur le site d'Abritel.

Bien sûr il est en 3 ème étage mais il faut dire que les escaliers sont larges et confortables et puis..... 180 marches? vous vous rendez compte, cela ferait 60 marches par étage? il y a quelque chose qui ne va pas dans votre décompte.
Montez 3 étages une fois ou 2 dans la journée ce n'est pas si terrible et... c'est bon pour la santé ;-)

Lieu super confortable et charmant
Lieu charmant, plein centre ville, ville d'art et architecture , à faire à pied et se perdre dans les rues et puis, rentrer dans le confortable appartement que André propose. Le plus : tout ce qu'André vous prépare au frigo pour le petit déjeuner.

Short break in Nancy
Everything was fine. The holiday flat was very clean, comfortable and huge enough for 4 people. The hirer (Andre´) was very kind and uncomplicated. Every morning he brought croissant and baguettes for breakfast. And we enjoyed his home made mirabelle jam.

Hidden Gem
We stopped in Nancy to see the finish of stage 4 of the Tour de France. Great little apartment for 2. We had our teenage daughters sleep on the convertible couch, which was fine, but a great place for a couple.
The owner was great. He helped bring our luggage up the 3+ flights of stairs. Be prepared, no elevator... it really wasn't as bad as it sounds though. He delivered croissants and baguettes at 8am every morning and had home made marmalade, orange juice, yogurt and milk waiting for us when we arrived.
We enjoyed the city- great restaurants and shops nearby. The city square had an incredible light show that started at 10:45 every night- not sure if it was a special show or if it's just something they do normally.
We will definately stay there again.

Comfortable Light-Filled Garret in a Perfect Location
This apartment is located two blocks from Place Stanislaus -- you can see the closest gate from the front door. André, the landlord, hauled our heavy luggage (my husband had purchased a few books) up the 78 steps to the apartment. He introduced Marie-Anne, a friend who was going to be our contact during his vacation. They showed us the features of the apartment, including the hidden washing machine, the screwdriver needed to access it, and two jars of homemade mirabelle and strawberry jam. The refrigerator had tubs of yogurt and applesauce and coffee, tea, rice, cereal, spices, etc. were in the pantry. The next morning André left a tray with a fresh baguette and two croissants outside the door before he headed out.
Marie-Anne directed us to the pay parking lot for our car. It is about a quarter mile away. If you download and use the EasyPark app, the daily rate is about $5. You can be anywhere in the world at 10 am and set it to pay for parking for the next 8 hours and 15 minutes -- the daily time period for pay parking. Enter the parking lot's code, 5406, and your car's license plate number.
The bed and the shower were the best we experienced of the three apartments we rented on our trip. The area is quiet and we slept very well. The apartment has lots of storage. The air conditioner kept us cool. The wifi was a bit slow and did not reach into the bedroom. Perhaps the stone walls of this 1750s building are responsible.
The silverware in the kitchen needs to be replaced. There is no knife larger than a steak knife, which makes cutting vegetables difficult. There were pans and pots of several sizes, but only the largest had a lid. There is a microwave/oven, but no glass casserole. Manuals for the appliances were in a drawer.
The apartment was cleaned once during our 8-night stay and the towels and bed sheets were changed.
There are two Carrefour markets within walking distance. You'll see others, some larger, around town. Bring your own shopping bags or buy one of theirs for a euro.
Nancy is a wonderful town to explore and its public transportation system works well. Visit the Nancy Tourisme office on the Place Stanislaus to pick up a line map. You can walk to the Nancy train station in less than 15 minutes. The closest #1 tram stop is on the Rue St. Georges about three blocks away. Buy tickets from a machine there. A €1.30 ticket is good for an hour of travel.
If you can manage the stairs, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr netten Vermieter
Eine geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtete, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattete Dachwohnung im Herzen von Nancy, 2 Gehminuten vom Place Stanislas entfernt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit dem "Notwendigsten" gut bestückt. Wir haben schon viele Wohnungen gemietet, aber dieser Service war einzigartig, danke dafür.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Eine schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage, gut eingerichtet und gepflegt, mit französischem Flair. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns allmorgendlich mit Baguette und Croissants. Alles in allem: Sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bel appartement
Un hôte très sympathique et arrangeant, mon séjour chez lui s'est très agréablement déroulé... L'appartement est très propre, très chaleureux, bien organisé et son emplacement, vous rend à proximité de parcs, de restaurants et de la célèbre place Stanislas ! Dans cet appartement on se sent rapidement chez soi à vrai dire, on s'approprie les lieux aisément, et j'y retournerai dès que j'en aurai l'occasion que ce soit pour un week-end ou pour un plus long séjour à Nancy !
