Luxurious ground-floor, 3-bedroom / 3-bath condo with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and patio with gas BBQ grill.

There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed in and 3 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.

Beaver Creek West provides a FREE, private skier shuttle to Beaver Creek's Riverfront Gondola continuously throughout the day and to Vail's Lionshead Gondola three times each morning & afternoon, five days a week (not Tuesday & Wednesday). Our private skier shuttles are complimented by the Beaver Creek Resort, Town of Avon, and Eagle County transit systems.

At Beaver Creek West Condominiums you will enjoy the year-round outdoor swimming pool, three hot tubs, sauna, and tennis courts. This professionally cleaned condo will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps (no shampoo & conditioner). Housekeeping service is included only after departure unless staying for seven or more nights which includes a mid-week towel refresh.

Beaver Creek West is a professionally managed condominium complex located in Avon, CO. Perfect for cool summer getaways or the perfect ski vacation. Convenient to Vail, Beaver Creek, and Glenwood Springs, the choice of activities is endless or you can simply enjoy a good book by the pool or your fireplace.

Loved Avon and Beaver Creek area. Perfect place to camp out and hit the slopes. Had a great time and the people where great. Ski slopes were great and many locations available by bus

We were allowed to check in early which was a plus, location is not bad, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, condo comfortably slept 7 adults.

Guys Ski Trip

We found the property to be perfect for our group. The check in was very easy and we enjoyed the ski shuttle and everyone was very friendly. The condo itself was very nice, wifi was very good, and kitchen was equipped fairly well. I would suggest adding a soundbar to the TV in living area, not really good quality from the TV itself.

Overall it was good

The kitchen and bathrooms were updated but the furniture NEEDS replacing as well as the carpet. The layout was great. A couple of upgrades and the place would’ve been a 5!

We enjoyed our stay at BC West. It is a solid unit that is slightly dated, but great for a bigger group. We have a family of six. Only two reasons it's not getting 5 stars. First, the Vail shuttle does not run every day. That was not clear. I planned a day there that I had to make other plans. Second, which I know the owners cannot control is that there was open smoking of MJ in a unit by the pool. It's one thing I don't like about CO.

Perfect Large Family Space, great location, but not so clean.

We really enjoyed staying at Beaver Creek West again, and this 3 bedroom condo was exactly the right size for our family. On the Pro's side the condo is in a super location, enhanced by the regular shuttle bus over to the Beaver Creek gondola. The views of this ground floor unit across the Lake Street Park, with Beaver Creek gondola and hills backdrop were stunning. The one touch button gas fireplace was brilliant, and consistent xfinity wifi a necessity. The entrance way heating meant always dry ski boots and coat rack perfect to keep our gear dry. The bathrooms were clean, always hotwater, and nice towels. The staff at the reception desk and driving the shuttle buses are helpful and friendly. ON the down side - and what I expected given other reviews - the unit was NOT clean - at the edges of the kitchen floor and by the fridge there was still dirt/debris. I spilt some milk on the floor and when i cleaned it up, there was more grime on the tile coming up than i would have imagined. The dining table was a good size for our family of 7, but the wood planks have gaps, and i don't jest that you could have made a meal with all the debris in those gaps if i could have got it out with a spare tooth brush or air gun. Similar story in the bedrooms - bits of candy/debris along the skirting boards/by the floor heaters, and under the beds (e.g. a discarded oxygen can). In 3 places there are carpet spikes coming up through the carpet where it is deteriorating (one near the right lounge window, covered by a mat), one near the dining table at the entrance way, and one in the master bedroom near the heater. Someone in our group stood on them all. (I've given detail as other reviews have mentioned them and detail was requested). I hope we left the unit cleaner than we found it (although a mop and a semi functioning clean vacuum cleaner would have made that easier). The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but every kitchen knife in the block was duller than an old hatchet - even our poor christmas day turkey looked like it had been hacked by a dull axe. And the steak knife set were like butter knives. Final gripe was the dishwasher, which ran for hours but didn't clean anything on the top shelf properly. All said and done, great unit, great location, needs proper cleaning, carpets repaired, and some sharp knives AND we would stay there again!

CO trip

The condo was not that clean- cobwebs in most of the corners of the windows/ drapes. There is a piece of metal that is not nailed down by the table- it cut a hole in my sons sock, we were lucky it did not injure his foot. Good amount of space, but it needs a deep clean.
