Set in a peaceful neighbourhood near the beach and the shops, this 4-bedroom villa has a bright, central living area. It is perfect for spending holidays with family or friends. The private, fenced pool cannot be seen from the outside street and is isolated for the rest of the house. You go through a lockable door to get to the swimming pool. You can store beach and leisure essentials in the garage. There is parking for a number of cars in front of the garden. The house offers three bedrooms with 140-cm beds and four bunk beds.

Wir hatten einen klasse Aufenthalt, sehr netter Empfang durch die HaushĂ€lterin, angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, großzĂŒgiges Haus, Terrasse und Pool sind toll, Garage hervorragend fĂŒr AusrĂŒstung nutzbar, auch fĂŒr 10 Personen nicht zu klein. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Attention sur le tarif, nous avons été surpris il faut ajouter les draps et le ménage en plus de prix location, ce n'est pas le cas sur d'autres plateformes de location....

La maison est bien faite pour des retrouvailles entre amis. Propre, et bien équipée. L hote de maison etait trÚs facilitatrice , ce qui est toujours un plus ! Assurément il faudra revenir, avec le soleil ce coup ci !

Agréablement reçus par madame Labarthe, nous avons passé quelques jours de vacances dans les meilleures conditions possibles :calme, détente, piscine, maison superbe, centre ville et plage à proximité. Nous nous réjouissons déjà de pouvoir le louer de nouveau l'année prochaine !!!

Villa alliant sport, repos, quiétude

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines trĂšs sympas, dans cette villa trĂšs confortable, tant pour la literie que pour les ustensiles culinaires et vaisselle. Franchement rien Ă  dire. Nous sommes rentrĂ©s reposĂ©s et trĂšs contents sur le choix de la rĂ©gion et de la villa. À refaire sans hĂ©sitation.

Ce que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© : - la proximitĂ© avec le centre ville et la plage - la superficie globale de la maison Ce que nous avons regrettĂ© : - PropretĂ© des lieux (objets retrouvĂ©s sur place, araignĂ©e dans le placard, filtre aspirateur bouchĂ©...) - Piscine sale Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et aspirateur de piscine HS pendant 3 jours - Equipements extĂ©rieurs trĂšs bas de gamme (bains de soleil rouillĂ©s et qui se cassent Ă  la 1Ăšre utilisation, table rafistolĂ©e et bancale, chaise de jardin cassĂ©e...) - Plaque de cuisson qui dysfonctionne - La rĂ©gisseuse habite la maison d'a cotĂ© et passe Ă  la villa sans prĂ©venir, ni s'annoncer ! - modalitĂ©s de rĂšglement pas claires avec proposition de paiement en espĂšces pour le solde et le mĂ©nage. MalgrĂ© les dĂ©sagrĂ©ments subis pendant le sĂ©jour et le mĂ©nage rĂ©alisĂ© par nos soins, le propriĂ©taire souhaitait tout de mĂȘme nous faire payer les frais de mĂ©nage en espĂšces !

Bon emplacement

La maison est bien situĂ©e ( proche des commerces et plages ) , nous avons aimĂ© la piscine et agencement de la maison et l’orientation . En revanche la propretĂ© et l’équipement n’était pas celle que l’on attend d’une maison Ă  ce prix . Le propriĂ©taire Ă  Ă©tĂ© comprĂ©hensif .
