Urige Hütte an idyllischem Platz

Die Hütte ist wunderschön gelegen, mit Blick auf den See und auf die Berge, jetzt im Juni noch schneebedeckt. Der Wanderweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei, wird aber kaum begangen, es ist ruhig und friedlich. In der Hütte nebenan werden ein paar Ziegen und Rinder gehalten, die Nachbarn kommen nur ab und zu vorbei. Man ist schnell am See unten, auch der Comer See ist gut zu erreichen. Allerdings läuft man zur Hütte wie beschrieben doch 10 bis 15 min bergauf auf einem zum Teil sehr steilen und unbefestigten Wanderpfad - also mit Gepäck sparen! Wandermöglichkeiten gibt es natürlich unbegrenzt. Die Hütte selbst ist sehr klein (man nutzt nur das halbe Haus), unten ist eine kleine Küche mit Holzofen und Badeofen zum Anheizen sowie zwei Gasflammen, daneben ein kleines Bad mit Toilette zum Hinhocken, die mit einem Holzrost bedeckt auch als Dusche dient. Über die Außentreppe gelangt man in das obere Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett und Matratze auf dem Hochboden. Es gibt ein kleines Sofa mit Tisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert! Ein toller Platz bei gutem Wetter, bei Regen ist es mit drei oder vier Personen doch recht beengt. Wir hatten aber Glück mit dem Wetter und eine sehr schöne Zeit dort!

Kleine und romantische Hütte, liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat alles da, was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Dusche, Trinkwasser, Gasherd, Grill und Holz zum Heizen, falls es mal kalt wird. Sogar Espressopulver stand für den kleinen Luxus bereit! Idyllisch, abgeschieden gelegen.10 Minuten Bergpfad um zur Hütte zu gelangen erhöhen noch den Charme.

il soggiorno e' stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, la casa e' in perfette condizioni, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Che dire poi del panorama che si gode...stupendo! Per chi cerca un po' di pace e tranquillita' e' il posto ideale. Pamela: ospite gentilissima.

Dieses süßes Häuschen an einer etwas abgelegenen Stelle ist ein hervorragender Stützpunkt für entspannte und ruhige Urlaubstage. Die Vermieter und die Nachbarn, wenn denn mal welche kurz da waren, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Steinhäuschen mit viel Outdoor-Feeling

Kleines aber sehr feines Steinhäuschen mit einfacher Ausstattung, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Besondere Highlights: toller Ausblick (!), toller Grillplatz, kein Autoverkehr oder sonstiger Lärm. Der Fußweg geht durch den Wald, wir haben ca. 10 min. gebraucht, rauf etwas länger wie runter ;-) Für uns, Familie mit 2 Kindern 10 und 12 Jahre, wars perfekt und der Weg durch den Wald nach dem abendlichen Ausgang war ein zusätzliches Abenteuer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Oltre le aspettative

Abbiamo passato 9 bei giorni, con l'aiuto del bel tempo in questo posto con una vista fantastica, va menzionata soprattutto la simpatia e la disponibilità di Pamela e la sorpresa di luoghi poco conosciuti della Lombardia (il lago di Mezzola ed il Pian di Spagna, il tempietto di San Fedelino, La val Codera ed il Tracciolino). Da non dimenticare Chiavenna con le cascate dell'acqua Fraggia ed il Palazzo Vertemate. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci presto. I Roberti e Nilo (il micione)

Bergidylle mit Traumaussicht

Ein schönes altes Steinhäuschen in traumhafter Lage. Alles ist klein und einfach, aber sehr sauber und von Pamela und Davide liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Weg zum Haus ist ein italienischer Wanderweg - den man auch nach einem Ausflugstag oder mit Einkäufen o.ä. bei jedem Wetter noch laufen muss. Aber die grandiose Aussicht und die Ruhe entlohnen absolut. Die Gegend ist natürlich insgesamt sehr schön und Davide gibt als Bergführer gerne Tipps für Wanderrouten. Auf den Fotos sieht man nicht, dass mittlerweile Lampen da sind. Der Strom hat auch nach mehreren bedeckten Tagen noch für Beleuchtung und Handy-Aufladen genügt (für den Kühlschrank dann nicht mehr). Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen und beraten worden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Liebe Grüße und ganz vielen Dank an Pamela und Davide!

Here you can discover and enjoy a holiday of yesteryear and enjoy our house in stone of the nineteenth century, situated in a small village at an altitude of 400m, with a wonderful view, which extends from the Como lake , the park of the pian di Spagna, the Novate lake and to the Valchiavenna.
