Sunny Disposition cottage CAN sleep a MAX of 14 guests, not including children under the age of 2, using the sleeper sofa and an additional $25/person/night for any guests over the 12. Please be aware that the computer will allow you to enter more than the max allowable guests of 14 but more than 14 will not be honored.

This Cottage has a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace and windows viewing the lake. A flat screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo/CD for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, with a beautiful lake view, is ready for home cooked meals with seating for the whole family. A sitting area overlooks Lake Erie. There is a view of the Lake from every room in the house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds, 1 bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds and twin bunk beds in both rooms, 1/2 bath. A 'pack 'n' play' bassinet is provided. The upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.

Outside, a Beautiful deck overlooks Lake Erie, with stairs to the shore of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful Lake Erie sunsets, while cooking out on the BBQ. An outdoor fire pit provides a nighttime gathering place to visit and roast marshmallows. A private fenced-in playground is just a few steps away. The children will love the swings, slides, basketball court, monkeybars and more!
