HIBISCUS and its large terrace

Furnished apartment at the bottom of the villa in Saint Esprit comprising 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 of which is air-conditioned with an integrated bathroom, another bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, an equipped kitchen. The apartment has just been refurbished in December 2016. All in a green environment, with garden and fruit trees available to tenants, garden furniture, barbecue. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as the washing machine. Warm welcome in a West Indian family who will make you discover local specialties. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay and unforgettable memories. Good starting point to discover the island, its beaches, its rum and its hiking trails.

Breakfast the next day offered. Possibility of catering in the evening, price depending on the dishes requested. You will taste the typical Creole cuisine, made by the three sisters of the family. You can order as you wish and enjoy these dishes on your terrace in peace or choose to eat in the family house located a little lower.

The center of the town is 5 minutes away with its local shops, a large shopping center 10 minutes away, the magnificent Anse Figuier beach 20 minutes away and the tip of the tip of Trois Ilets.

I offer a car for your stay: the price varies between 20 € and 23 € per day depending on the season. Completed for you the queues to collect a vehicle from traditional rental companies.

Maison très agréable et conforme à la description, immence jardin avec des abres fruitiers, propriétaire Lucie super gentille, mais ne fait plus de repas à part des acras de bienvenue. Animaux de basse cour, avec chant du coq à 5h du matin à prévoir avant location!! Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour

Le gîte est agréable et conforme à l'annonce. L'accueil par Max à l'aéroport nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. Lucie et le reste de la famille sont tous très gentils, même plus. Elle a pris le temps de nous détailler les arbres fruitiers et autres plantes de la propriété.... Patrick que nous avons rencontré le jour de notre départ a également été très gentil. Voilà, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette location.

Extraordinaire emplacement en pleine campagne

Un accueil chaleureux de la part d'une charmante dame de 66 ans qui propose accras fait sur place et ti-ponche de circonstance. Les animaux de ferme sont omniprésents, surtout au moment du café du matin sur la bienveillante terrace de l'habitation. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont permis une belle plongeée au coeur de la culture martiniquaise. Un séjour inoubliable! Henri & Louise (Montréal)

Séjour de 3 mois en Martinique

Nous venons de passer un peu plus de trois mois dans la résidence "Hibiscus" de Kay Lucie et notre plus cher désir, est d'y retourner le plus vite possible. Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour en Martinique, mais nous regrettons de ne pas avoir connu cet endroit plus tôt. Le décor est tel que l'annonce nous le présente, mais ce que l'on trouve en cet endroit n'a rien à voir avec le paysage, le climat, la douceur de vivre, les découvertes et la mer. Ce que l'on trouve en arrivant, c'est une famille Martiniquaise extraordinaire. Extraordinaire à plusieurs stades, d'abord un accueil chaleureux de Lucie et de ses deux sœurs, Nicole et Léandre. Une écoute totale de vos désirs et un engagement immédiat pour vous aider. Ensuite, c'est la cuisine proposée et quelques fois offerte, un régal. Nous avons affaire à trois véritables cordons bleus. Etant présents pour Noël nous avons pu outre participer au repas de Noël également à un chanter Noël à la maison des Théotiste. Puis, nous avons découvert également l'esprit de cette famille avec les frères, Alex, Max, Josselin, Eddie et Thierry et leurs épouses. Nous avions l'impression d'en faire partie. Et enfin il faut connaitre absolument Patrick, dommage que son travail le retienne trop souvent à Paris. C'est un garçon comme on aimerai en avoir un. Ce logement est parfaitement adapté pour les courts, moyens ou longs séjours. Nous vous conseillons sans risques de choisir un séjour à Kay Lucie, que vous soyez jeunes ou comme nous septuagénaires, nous pensons que vous ne pouvez pas être déçus.
