Perfect Little Apartment

The apartment was very easy to get to from the train station. It was located close to the center of town. It was the perfect little stay for us while attending a friends wedding. The host provided a very detailed book of things to do while visiting Beaune, where to eat, where we might buy groceries, taxi numbers, car and bike rentals. It was a wonderful stay.

The bed was up dangerous stairs with no room to put clothes or luggage anywhere in the apt. Also, the pillow cases felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting - the shower sprayed all over and into the bedroom.

très bien, propre, bien agencé, bien situé au centre ville, escalier vers l'étage pas facile si un peu handicapé (pas notre cas), pas très doué pour l'accès télé mais vite dépanné par le propriétaire.visite à pied de toute la ville facile.Content de notre court séjour.

Duplex tres joli, mais nous avons plus de 65 ans et l accès à la chambre et était un peu compliqué

Nous avons séjourne 2 jours hotel à Mercurey, 2 jours AiRB à puligny montrachet et 2 jours à Beaune.Tres belle region et les personnes tres accueillantes

Hébergement très bien placé par rapport au centre ville avec un parking gratuit juste en face. En revanche l'escalier pour aller à la chambre et wc est dangereux avec des marches très étroites par endroits. Logement pas adapté pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.

BEAUNE CENTRE HISTORIQUE

Optimale Lage noch innerhalb des Stadtmauerrings in einem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäudeservice mit gemischter Belegung (TCM, Ostéopathe, mehrere Ferienwohnungen) dennoch ruhig, dafür aber Fenster nur zum kleinen Innenhof. Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach klimatisiert. Gut ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Sofa (kein Schlafsofa, aber der Vermieter stellt unkompliziert eine Matratze bereit). Fahrrad Keller vorhanden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren ins Zentrum und in die Umgebung. Freundlicher und und kompliziert hilfsbereiter Vermieter, leider etwas schwer erreichbar.

Un duplex cosy bien situé

Location pour 2 personnes en couple, très belle chambre, à l'étage, accès à la chambre par escalier en colimaçon, pas très pratique avec bagages, ne convient pas aux personnes âgées, bâtiment très bien situé centre ville, parking gratuit à proximité, duplex petit mais très cosy

Tout est réuni pour un bon séjour

Nous n'avons pas logé dans ce studio mais dans un appartement similaire situé à l'étage au dessus. Après de nombreuses marches (3ème étage plus deux escaliers après la porte de l'appartement) on accède à la chambre avec vue magnifique à 360° sur Beaune et les environs . Petit studio charmant, bien équipé. Tout est prévu pour le petit déjeuner et pour grignoter à l'apéro. Bon emplacement, surtout avec le parking gratuit à proximité. Le système de boite à clé est idéal . Nous n'arrivions pas à nous connecter en Wifi, pas de problème Cyrille a été tout de suite disponible au téléphone.

très bon rapport qualité/prix

Appartement très sympathique, très bien situé (à à peine 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville). Parking gratuit juste derrière (nous a été indiqué par le propriétaire). L'appartement est bien aménagé, propre, moderne et a du charme. Le propriétaire avait prévu les serviettes de douche, petit déjeuner (avec boissons), brochures touristiques... attentions prévenantes. Précision pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité: l'escalier menant du salon à la chambre est assez étroit et en colimaçon

Très bon séjour !

L'appartement est très agréable, conforme à la description. Il est vrai qu'il n'est pas très grand et convient mieux à des jeunes notamment pour les escaliers mais il est très bien aménagé et particulièrement propre. Il est bien équipé et j'ai beaucoup apprécié la petite attention : brioche, jus de fruits, chips… à disposition. Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour à Beaune.

Easy walking to the old town and shops - convenient parking - friendly hosts - lovely welcome pack -unit a little cramped and the stairs to the bedroom were difficult to negotiate as were the stairs to the shower

Bon rapport situation/prix

Location mignonnette bien située, calme et très abordable. De type "appart hôtel" en plus agréable puisque tout se passe entre particuliers. Idéal pour visiter et se balader en couple. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui s'adapte aux besoins des vacanciers en toute confiance.
